Robin was so patient with me. She took the time to explain the process for me, which was very helpful in easing my anxiety! Dr. Cabana was very sweet and was genuinely concerned about my oral health.

Robin is a GREAT hygentist. Very quick and painless. DOC is full service - had a crown done a couple months ago and almost fell asleep.

My dental hygienist Katie takes amazing care of my teeth and I enjoy talking to her about all of life’s adventures from traveling to sports and today’s current events. The time flys by and I have nice clean teeth at the end of my appointment. Great Dentist facility!

I've been coming here for years, and have never left disappointed or in pain. Previous dentists I can't say the same. I'd recommend for anyone that isn't satisfied with how their mouth feels after leaving the dentist. All staff are very friendly and prompt.

This office is great! I was in and out in no time. Katie is the first person who has ever cleaned my teeth without it being painful for me. She was so gentle and professional. She made sure that I was comfortable during the process. Dr. Cadana was very knowledgeable and explained to me what was going on with my situation. She made suggestions for treatment and provided all the information I needed. She was very nice and personable. I highly recommend this office for all of your dental needs!

Katie (my dental hygienist) and to be fair, the entire staff have all been amazing to work with. Katie keeps the one-way friendly conversation flowing with conversation that allows you to interact with tools in your mouth :) It may sound strange but I look forward to my visits with Katie.

have been coming to DOC for the past few years. I was wowed the first time I came and I continue to be. I have referred numerous people to the practice, family, friends and coworkers included. They all have the same experience as well. First of all, they are intentional with their care for their patients. Starting with the ambience in the office. Why am I using the word ambience in reference to a dentist office you ask? Well, I've never been in one that makes you feel calm and welcomed from the moment you walk in. The lighting is soft, the colors are soothing, they even have a leg massaging chair! The front desk staff are ALWAYS professional, friendly, helpful and know me by name. My gentle hygienist is wonderful. Katie is extremely competent in her job, is always friendly, if she ever has a bad day when I'm there I don't know it. Everyone is a team player. Dr. Cabana is just extraordinary. Intelligent, caring, knows her stuff, great communicator and appears to be well respected by everyone there. I don't have issues with going to the dentist in general but many people do and this practice goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone feels safe and comfortable. My kids even enjoy coming here! I switched them from their pediatric dentist and have never looked back. I am being completely honest when I say I actually am excited when I get the reminder text of my appointment because I know it'll be an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend DOC.

I really was impressed with the building and staff. The hygienist was very kind and friendly and the dentist was also very friendly. It felt like I had been going there forever and it was my first visit. Where have this office been all my life. I had been going to the same dentist for over 20 years but I feel like I made the best decision to go to General Dentist of the Carolinas. Very satisfied new patient. Thanks staff.

All I can say is excellent customer service!! I was a little nervous (the dentist after all) but they quickly put me at ease. They made you feel like family right away.
