I was quite pleased with my experience at DOC University. The staff are friendly, funny & easy to get along with.. They even remembered my name every time I walked in! Dr Cabana is great. you can tell she is respectful and cares about her patients. Highly recommend!!

I have been coming to this office for about 5 years now and during every visit, the employees are 10/10 in every way. Robin is always cheerful, kind, and helpful with any concerns I have regarding oral health. Also, Dr. Cabana is so friendly and genuinely interested in helping patients. They make a dentist visit fun and something to look forward to. Love this office!!

AMAZING experience! They didn't have appts until later this year. I asked to be put on a list, I was called within a week or so. Great service when I arrived. VERY VERY VERY CLEAN.

I went in for a cleaning at Dentistry of the Carolinas. The service was great as it normally is! My appointment was at 2:40. Robin, my dental hygienist came in and got me a few minutes before my scheduled time. She's always pleasant, upbeat, friendly, humorous, and professional all at the same time. I like that I'm not waiting in the waiting area long and that Robin is fast but does a good thorough job with my cleaning. I love this office and I've recommended it to my coworkers.

After waiting months for my appointment, the office called me TWO DAYS ahead of time to tell me that I would not be allowed to bring my 3 yr old into the exam room with me (which they knew about the whole time and had cleared when I booked the appointment). They told me that I would need to leave her in the lobby. That’s a crazy suggestion to make for a 3 yr old! So after months of waiting I had to cancel my appointment. How is a stay at home parent supposed to go to the dentist at this office?
FYI the “COVID protocol” excuse is nonsense, no other medical office I’ve been to this year has suggested anything as insane as leaving my 3 yr old alone and unaccompanied in the waiting room.

I have been going to this dentist since I was 7 years old. My dental hygienist, Katie, is such a sweetheart. She always asks me about my life and remembers the small details. She has always been patient and never harmed me while cleaning my teeth and I feel like one of the few who enjoys his dental appointments because they treat me well at this office.
