Dentistry On Monroe

So glad I chose this place as my new dentist. Dr. Turner was amazing. He’s so informative and gives you an education session about your mouth. That was very much appreciated. He made me feel very comfortable. They even have a TV on the ceiling so you can be entertained while they are working on your mouth. Overall, this was a great experience and I’m happy to call Dr. Turner my dentist!

I usually don't write reviews but after seeing Dr. Turner three times already I wanted to take a moment to write one for Dentistry on Monroe because they are the real deal. I've had my fair share of dental work done through the years and been to several great dentist offices in Charlotte, NC and Boston, MA but Dr. Turner and the staff at Dentistry on Monroe have been without question the best.

From their paperless intake process and the way they take x-rays to the 3d models of your teeth and overhead monitors, they seem to have the latest and greatest in dental equipment and technology. Another thing that really sets this practice apart is their customer service. The staff is really friendly and professional. Dr. Turner is extremely personable, knowledgeable and takes time to really talk to you and go over everything related to your dental health. His attention to detail is just amazing.

My approach has always been to go to the dentist office closest to where I work/live. I'm glad I took the quick 10 minute drive from uptown to see Dr. Turner because the quality and attention I'm getting now is so much higher than what I was getting at my previous fancy uptown dental office. I've been telling all my friends, family and coworkers about Dr. Turner. I can't recommend this practice enough!

we have met Dr. Turner back in 2019 and he was with another dentistry and we just love him. He is very friendly and exceptional. we drove 40 min to his new location and he was great and the staff was very friendly, Dr. Turner will only recommend what is needed for you. thank you great customer service live this dentistry.

Dr. Turner is wonderful! He is very passionate about dentistry and explains x-rays and CT scans in layman’s terms so you understand what is going on. Most laid back dentist I have ever been to. He likes to teach his patients about dental/oral hygiene and will emphasize to just keep a routine instead of “reaching for gold,” e.g by flossing everyday after meals. He’s more focused on you forming a healthy habit, like floss once a week then try two times a week until you’ve worked your way to at least 5 times a week.

He is younger, but I think he understands that not everyone is a dentist and may not always have the best routine. He makes a lot of self-aware dentist jokes (like oh wow your gums are bleeding because you didn’t floss and not because I stabbed you with a metal hook). He is also transparent on dental work you need and not try to sell you a root canal, 3 crowns, and 6 fillings when you only have 2 concerning cavities. 10/10 I’ll keep going back to Dr. Turner for my dental work and cleanings.

Dr. Eric and his amazing, knowledgeable staff at Dentistry of Monroe have set the bar for exceptional customer service and professionalism. From the receptionist, to the hygienist, to Dr. Eric...they made me feel like I was their only patient. Wow!

I actually look forward to going to the dentist now. Dr. E. is caring, confident and also has a sense of humor...and he gave me valuable insights regarding my treatment.

Look no further. I highly recommend him. What are you waiting for?! You can thank me later....

Hands-down best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist! Dr. Turner and his staff go above and beyond to ensure his patients are comfortable, both physically and mentally. He takes the time to fully answer any questions that come up, and he also has a state-of-the-art facility, complete with a Netflix set-up while you’re having your teeth cleaned.

Great first experience with Dr. Turner and his team. You can tell that they sincerely care about their patients. I came out of my appointment more knowledgeable on oral health and really appreciate how Dr. Turner took the time to explain everything to me in layman’s terms. Strangely enough, I’m looking forward to my next teeth cleaning appointment... can’t say I’ve ever said that before.

I had a great experience with Dr. Turner! He is kind, caring and compassionate! MOST importantly I felt like a person and not a number! There was no selling, just telling me what he recommended that he felt best would suit my needs! The office was neat, clean and the staff very knowledgeable! I think I have found my dentist for life! If you want a dentist that cares about your needs then give Dr. Turner a chance! I think you will be very happy!!!

Nobody likes going to the dentist. It's just something that you have to do. I had convinced myself that there is no such thing as a "good" dentist experience, until I went to Dentistry on Monroe.

I went in for a regular cleaning to feel this place out. During the cleaning process, I was given wireless headphones and my choice of entertainment in the overhead TV which was the perfect distraction from the sound of the equipment during the cleaning process. The cleaning process itself was painless and hassle-free. Dr. Turner clearly knew what he was doing and his work, like his demeanor was impeccable. I walked out thinking that this was the first time I had a good, if not great experience at the dentist.

After my cleaning, I went back to Dr. Turner to get his thoughts on the invisalign procedure and whether I would be a good candidate. Dr. Turner patiently answered all my questions and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I decided to go through with the process to fix some nagging issues I've been dealing with. I'm now on week 11 and my experience has been amazing! Between the 3D imaging to see clear, detailed, three dimensional images of teeth, as well as the bones and soft tissues that surround them, and the in-house 3D printing capabilities to print custom trays, Dentistry of Monroe is truly boutique.

I can't recommend this practice enough. If you need your teeth taken care of, Dr. Turner is your guy, and Dentistry on Monroe is your spot.
