The staff at Night & Day Dental are amazing! I was seen here as a walk in for a toothache and facial swelling. Dr. Riley and the strong team that supports her handled me with compassion and care. It was a long and hard recovery, but Dr. Riley went above and beyond to ensure my safety and the integrity of my tooth. I am so grateful she and her wonderful staff are the ones that got me over my fear of dental visits. Thank you for being there for me when I needed you! I look forward to my next visit and better dental health! ❤️

Ms. Angela and Ms. Alicia really are the best. They excel in patient compassion and really displayed a heart for the work they do. As someone who was over due for a dental visit, I had extreme anxiety about my appointment but these ladies and their amazing team took great care of me. They never made me feel bad for asking tons of questions and really made sure I was educated and informed on my post appointment care plan. I’ve been telling all my friends and family about this location, they are definitely worth the visit!

The front desk staff were all polite, kind and friendly which went a long way as I have fear of the dentist. Dr Riley was terrific and took the necessary time to explain everything to me with a straightforward treatment plan. My dental hygienist was amazing and informative 😊. The office has great curb appeal. It’s just what I was looking for. It was an pleasant experience and I’ll definitely be back.

I am very excited to leave this review concerning my appointment last night. I want to start off by thanking the office manager Angela, for getting me in with out an hassle. Also, I would like to thank the dentist for fixing my partial. I can not remember her name but she is absolutely one of the best. I had to wait in the lobby for almost two hours. However, some things are worth the wait. To be able to smile in confidence is worth every minute waiting in the wait room. Thanks again doctor and staff.

The wait was ridiculously long. Pack a meal or snacks with an extra phone charger. Seems like they are extremely short staffed. Despite the circumstances, the staff was polite about the low staffing. In my opinion they do need a better check in process. It seems to be a gap in communications between check in and the triage hygentist that brings you back to the room. I had a 1pm appointment, we were taken back at 1:35p and we completed our appointment closer to 4:00p. The service was thorough between the x-rays and cleaning..The staff had a great customer service (besides being slower than we would prefer). They explained what they were doing each step of the process. They were diligent on washing their hands and using masks. They took the time to educate my son on his teeth brushing routine and how to achieve the look he desires with his teeth. My son has sensory concerns but was able to allow them to use the tools that had high pitched sounds that usually are a no go for him. I was impressed!! (Headphones are vital too)
The building is modern, clean, inviting, and has all the proper supplies needed to preform their job.(Not sure if they have laughing gas. If you need it check with the office first) The bathroom was clean!
I would suggest to go in the morning vs afternoon to reduce wait times. Especially if you have a loved one with different abilities.
It would be great if these kids/ young adults could be fast tracked to prevent any issues.

I have used Night and Day for emergencies and regular tooth maintenance. Everyone I've spoken to or had work on my teeth has been great. The dentists are wonderful and have great bedside manner. I have a lot of dental anxiety and the front desk ladies, assistants and hygienists always make me laugh and feel better. Really recommend this office.

Great experience with the hygienist and dentist. Unfortunately, they are overwhelmed and understaffed and not managing well. I've called on three different occasions, different times of the day, and different days of the week and was placed on hold for more than 10 minutes each time. Not once did anyone come back to the line to provide service or at least the courtesy, 'Sorry for your wait' statement. I also visited for my son's cleaning. We were 20 minutes early, checked in, and waited for approximately 40 minutes after the appointment time and was never seen. When I requested the appointment to be cancelled and the copay returned, the staff offered a new appointment. I declined. I'll have to find another dentist for my son.

I was not the kind of person that left reviews publicly. However, my experience will be a lesson for future patients. First, I would like to thank my hygienist and X-Ray technician; They were excellent, and this review rate is not related to my experience with them.
I went to Night and Day Dental for routine cleaning. After my x-ray, I was told I needed deep cleaning and cavity feeling. I had to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket besides my insurance coverage. I told them I couldn't afford to pay them that much at one time and asked them if they had options to pay in installments. One of the associates came to me and said they had options, and she asked me to feel out a form I didn't know. She didn't explain anything to me. I am glad I read the user agreement; she tricked me into signing up for their CarePlus credit card without my knowledge.
If you go there, please read every detail document before you sign; otherwise, you will end up in an unnecessary financial crisis or sign up for a credit card.
In addition, even if you have an appointment, you will end up waiting up to an hour or more. I had to wait an hour to be seen, and I saw another patient also complaining while I was there.
When I went there, I thought this would be my primary dentist care for me, I guess I was wrong, and I decided not to go to this place anymore.

Made an appointment with an endodontist for a root canal and they were so close to having an unqualified person perform the procedure without telling me.
They got an endo in house and did not give me a full cost estimate until I arrived heavily sedated for my own anxiety. Nothing was explained to me. I hate dentists because of terrible experiences as a kid and they upheld my fear.
Cost estimate wasn’t right and I had to leave without a crown. Seems like they enjoy messing with people who are in immense pain and charging whatever they want at any given moment. Never again.
