I have been coming to this office for over a year and always have a great experience. Dr. Tang is so friendly and knowledgeable. Today I saw a different doctor, Dr. Ramos, who was also very nice and super professional. I always get an appointment when I need one thanks to the ladies at the front desk! 10/10

Omg Best Experience I've ever had with a Dentist. Dr. Duc Tang took excellent care of me today. He was Absolutely Amazing never felt nothing but a pinch. All his workers I can't remember their names were also so Amazung in keeping me calmed down explaining to me what was going on the whole time. My Awesome Best Friend Maria works there she is so Amazing I Love her. She loves what she does an has been doing it for a long time. Highly recommended if you want a Great Experience!!

Dr. Tang is a great dentist. He and all his staff are friendly and professional. Our whole family goes here and we always have great experiences. Their pricing is fair and the office location is convenient. They are often flexible with scheduling and fit us in when needed. No complaints, highly recommended.

I knew it was time to find a dentist when I developed an infection from a cracked tooth. I scheduled an appointment at the Promenade Center for Dentistry in Charlotte, NC. What a great experience! The dentist and his staff were very compassionate - they went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. They explained everything they did and also developed a long-term plan to restore my teeth - and my smile! I highly recommend them!

Promenade was the very first dentist office we found when we moved to Charlotte 6 years ago. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about the the staff etc. our entire family sees Dr. Tang and we recommend promenade anytime someone asks!

I was referred here by a close friend and she was not exaggerating when she said that Dr. Tang was very caring and an amazing doctor. I have been in a lot of pain and they were able to squeeze me in last minute. Everyone was so polite and they did a great job at the COVID screening process. I will definitely be making this my forever dental office and will be bringing all of my family and friends over as well.

Promenade Center for Dentistry is such a welcoming and professional practice. Dr. Tang is accurate and knowledgeable about your dental health and Kirsty the hygienist is highly proficient and skillful.
The office staff ( Maria ) and others very kind ..and I just can’t say enough about how they make going to the dentist a positive welcoming experience.
Dr Tang walks you through your dental health needs as far as your routine cleanings and any cosmetic work you may need or want.
I recommend using this practice !

Dr Tang is hands down, one of the best dentist I have had the pleasure of meeting. The front staff is always amazing and if it wasn't for their text messages I am sure I would miss most of my appointments.
Besides my cleaning and treatments, Dr Tang also was able to care for my mother when she was in town on vacation. My mother had an infected tooth and the office of Dr Tang took her in the same day that I called.
Bottom line is you get great customer service here which is lacking in many businesses today. The extra care here goes a long way for keeping me around as long as I live in Charlotte. Thanks for making me feel like "Norm" at Cheers.

Awesome service! So one of my wisdom teeth was killing me yesterday. I was able to be seen as a new patient today and was able to get a cleaning, the problem tooth, and an extra wisdom tooth out! In and out in less than 1 1/2 hours! I didn’t have to wait weeks to be seen which was also great! Found my new dentist, great place and everyone was very informative & nice!
