Promenade Center For Dentistry Of Charlotte NC

I've been going to Promenade since I moved to Charlotte a couple of years ago... Always a positive experience! I appreciate how warm the front desk staff are, the thorough but quick cleanings, and good conversation throughout. I highly recommend them for individuals and families!

This place is so awesome, I got my tooth pulled yesterday how took good care of me, As well had plan for me without dental insurance. Actually care about saving you money and your smile.. I will recommend this place found me a home dentist now

Got there in pain , was cheerfully greeted . I haven’t been to the dentist in a while ( sister passed CoVID , father fell , moved with him , then Covid plus trying to move ) so have a lot of work ahead . Dr.Tang first then to Dr.Phelps . Samantha the whole way thru laughing at my corny jokes . Maria helping with extraction..Kim being so gentle on the cleaning I’ll post before and after pictures once all done ! Then continue back to staying on a schedule. Highly recommend !

There are so many positive reviews because patients are bribed with entries for raffles-most of these reviews wouldn’t exist if people weren’t trying to win Yeti coolers.

I’m not sure if the disorganization is because of the office staff or their software. Scheduled times for appointments are regularly changed without them asking. You get appt reminders that are for times that you did don’t schedule. This happened many many times to both me and my husband. They didn’t have record of a cleaning appointment with the hygienist. They accused me of missing a 6 month appointment. I showed the hygienist my confirmations-then she believed me, so then they billed insurance. I had a crack in my tooth, so I went in for an emergency appt. Dr. Tang assessed the situation but had another dentist in the office fix the problem. I kept telling Dr. Tang that I still had pain, but he told me that I wasn’t flossing enough so I had problems with my gums. That was not true. It wasn’t properly addressed according to my new dentist because I had a very deep cavity below what they did. I think they are so interested in growing this practice that they are making far too many mistakes. I have notified them several times that I am seeing a new dentist, yet I continue to get calls, texts, and mail reminding me to schedule appointments. I chose this office because of the close proximity to my home, but it wasn’t worth it. I drive past this office to see a new dentist who is very competent, and so is the rest of her staff.

I have been going to Dr. Tang for almost 3 years. I absolutely love the team. Heather is my favorite hygienist but the entire staff is amazing. I love how they remember minor details about my life and they know me by my face. I would absolutely recommend them! If I could give them 10 stars I would 😊

The staff at Promenade Center for Dentistry are professional and kind. They work hard to make everyone comfortable, including handicapped children. I have been attending this practice for over 10 years and recommend them for all your dental needs.

Not for young children. Their website claims they are family friendly and offer pediatric specialties. I made two appointments for first time dentist visits, 5-years old and 3-years old. I gave all detail requested and the person scheduling appointments were well aware of their ages and that this was a first visit. Arrived 25 minutes early to complete paperwork, which I was then told should have been sent to me prior but was not. I was immediately greeted with someone ready to take my 5-year old back, without me or my youngest, or given time to complete the paperwork. I did schedule the appointments 30 minutes apart to allow time for me to be present during both appointments, especially being their first visits. My oldest was great thankfully, even without me there and it being her first time. I stayed with my youngest, who did not do so well, which is expected for one so young and their first time. Before I could even calm down the youngest or join my oldest I was approached with a flyer for a pediatric dentist down the road and told my youngest could make an appointment with them next time (i.e. not welcome back here). I again was told this after I was finally given time to complete the paperwork. I was also told this was normal for a young child that age which I know, but if they also know that and feel that it is too much of a disturbance for their office then I would not advertise as being family friendly or offering pediatric dentistry. I would have been completely happy being told when scheduling the appointment that they did not take patients that young. Please do a favor for parents in the future and let people know that you have age limitations.

First time here and everything was fantastic! The front desk staff were wonderful. My dental hygienist, Heather, was amazing and so was Dr. Ramos. A well-ran establishment. Can't wait to come back for my 6 month cleaning.

Dr Phelps is AMAZING!!! I chipped my front tooth, he fixed it, and now it looks just like my natural tooth before I broke it. I can not put into words what this means to me. I would highly recommend Dr Phelps and Dr Tang! Not only are they great dentists, the staff is amazing as well! They helped me with my 1yr old daughter while I was getting my tooth fixed! You will NOT be disappointed at this office! 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼
