I called this morning for an emergency appointment. My brother is a patient at the office already. They were courteous and when I arrived for my appointment Dr. Phelps was very educational and answered all my questions. He also did make me feel bad for other dental issues I am working on. I very much appreciated the experience. I will be back next week and look forward to working with Dr. Tang!!

Very friendly staff, doctor pays attention to details, assures you so you can relax when in there. I’ve now bought to new people to his practice. I also travel 30 mins just to stay with them. They are awesome!!!

Dr. Duc Tang is very knowledgeable and I had excellent experience with him. This is the first time I had to see the dentist beyond the cleaning needs so it is extremely important that you are in the hands of good provider. He is very accommodative and listen your needs. He was extremely cooperative with my dentist in NJ for dental work diagnosis and really liked his helping attitude. Absolutely deserves 5 star rating.

I have been going to Promenade Center for Dentistry for about 5 years. The staff is always professional and friendly. Kristy always has an smile and it is a pleasure to to deal with, really enjoy the friendly conversations and the gentle touch every time I go for cleaning. Dr Tang is very professional and shows that he cares for his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Tang and his staff. Great location , the clinic is always clean and well kept.

Just had a crown installed today. The process was very easy and good. Randell is a great dentist and very nice person.Their office staff are very helpful and friendly.I am very satisfy and happy with their service. Never had to wait, if you have an appointment they will take you right in. If for any reason you are late or need to re-schedule they work with you in order to accommodate your request. Very professional and polite.

Absolutely the best in the office in Charlotte. I’ve lived here since 1989 and have had several Dentist due to insurance changes. They have the newest technology available. Dr. Phelps and Dr. Tang are both so compassionate. It is obvious they’re passionate about Dentistry. The staff is awesome. You’re always welcomed with a warm smile and great personalities.
