Today was my first visit to Carolinas Dentist, but it will not be my last. Pleasant greetings from everyone at the front desk, a relaxing waiting room, beautiful offices - and that's just the icing on the cake. It is their eye to detail, knowledgeable explanations to questions, patience and quality of workmanship that astounded me. And I had the best teeth cleaning I've ever experienced! Kudos one and all! Very pleasant and friendly staff. They had everything ready for me as a new patient. They quickly processed everything and had me in the exam room right on time. Everything is brand new and sparkling clean. All went well, nobody rushed to process me out like I have felt in some "factory" dental practices . I'm very pleased to have selected them as my primary provider and would recommend this office to anyone.

I have been going to Dr. Steddum at the Fuquay location for 3 years. She is FANTASTIC and makes going to the dentist not as painful. I have weak enamel and grind my teeth at night so have needed quite a bit of work done. She has always tried to save my natural tooth (instead of just placing a crown or extracting) and always presents multiple options. She is very warm and inviting. I would 100% recommend her.

The staff when I first entered were very kind and welcoming. The receptionist walked me through everything I needed to fill out paper work wise and told me to help myself to coffee and water in the wait room. The doctor herself was incredible! She was very helpful with all my questions and was gentle with me in my sensitive areas. They were all very sweet and kind and made me feel very comfortable. I will absolutely be returning. :).

Stay away if you want to keep your savings account. Do you see how people they have working there. They will not be able to get by on cleanings only. Be prepared to have a lot done on your teeth. They refuse my cleaning because i didn't want to have deep tissue cleaning which cost thousands.
