I went in today for a visit due to some issues I had and I was seen by Dr. Bava! Absolutely loved him, very nice and gentle when checking my teeth, usually I am so terrified with a new dentist, because I am not sure if they will be rough upon examination. Dr. Bava really made me feel at ease! Thank you so much!

I was shocked, I called to set an appointment and when she answered me I said hello she just cut off the call in my face, is that reasonable, is this how you deal with customers even though I have been a customer for over 6 years and when I call back no one answers, You should reconsider the lady who gets the calls , this not professional.

I can’t say enough about the staff at Carolinas Dentist. The wonderful experience begins as soon as you call for your appointment. I have always been able to make appointments for myself and my kids that fit our schedule. We are always greeted with a smile and a warm hello and the check-in process and wait is always quick and efficient. The hygienists are thorough and gentle and so patient and knowledgeable in their answers/explanations when I ask questions. Dr. McDaniel is just my favorite dentist EVER. She is so sweet, kind, and professional. I never feel pressured to have work done. She listens to all areas of concern and we make a plan together on how to proceed. I absolutely trust her judgment and knowledge when it comes to the treatment of my or my children’s teeth. And let’s just finish the visit- all follow-up appointments are made and any costs are explained in detail by the front desk staff. I have never been surprised by an unexpected bill. If you are looking for an exceptional family dentist practice I cannot recommend Carolinas Dentist more.

All the staff is friendly and helpful. My hygienist, Carrie, is always careful, especially since I have recessive gums and sensitive teeth. I have only had good experiences there.

I have dental anxiety, so going to the dentist to get any kind of work done is stressful, due to a very bad experience at a previous office. I saw Dr. Diskin to have a tooth looked at and she made me feel very comfortable and made me feel at ease. Her DA Evelyn was also very nice and was mindful of the fears that I had. Both ladies were easy going, easy to talk to, and understood my concerns. The appointment went by super quick and easy and I was very pleased with my experience. With that being said, this office is very clean and the front desk staff was very warm and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend.

The staff and Dentist was great but the price to be seen and to have a
tooth extracted was ridiculous. They sure don't give a discount for cash payment.$511.00 for 45 mins worth of work. Very sad.

I was refused having my teeth cleaned after they rocked my insurance with X-rays because I didn’t want all the “suggestions “ the dentist made. This included 3 caps and a “deep” cleaning and a bridge. I just had my teeth cleaned six months ago and was told I was fine.

Wow! My daughter has severe dental anxiety from some awful experiences when she was younger. I talked her into giving this office a try and somehow she agreed bc the dentist looked nice and other reviews seemed good. Everyone was so nice. Patient. Caring. Informative. Understanding. I literally have tears. Thank you ❤️
