From my first visit, I felt like they made it a point to get to know me and make me feel at home. The office always runs on time and their late hours are wonderful for my schedule. We recently changed dentists because our former one stopped taking our insurance. We’re happy with the unexpected change. The front desk is always very helpful and always in high spirits. Dr. McDaniels is awesome, our whole family loves her already. The dental asistants and hygienists are eager to assist you and answer questions. You can tell that the staff is happy there, it reflects in how they treat their patients. The clinic is extremely clean. I just got Invisalign through their clinic and for the first time in my life I look forward to going to the dentist.

I love this location. The hygienists are very friendly and great with my kids. Love the regular dentist as well. Today, however my daughter had a 7 am appt- we were done by 7:30 and waited on the dentist to do the check up. It was a fill in dentist from Fayetteville. It took him 30 mins to arrive in our room, he was not what I expected at Carolinas Dentist. Very arrogant and condescending towards the hygienist. I even mentioned our orthodontist and he said never heard of him. Our orthodontist is a female.
I did speak to the front desk- who is always wonderful and remembers us by name. I just requested not to see that particular dentist if he is back in Fuquay. I know this dentist was a fill in, so it won’t deter me from future visits- hence the reason I gave them 5 stars.

Dr. Bava is the first doctor I felt so comfortable with; that I wasn’t white knuckled in the chair. Then I watched while he gave my 6 yo a filling and molar sealants. He is absolutely amazing, kind and gentle! I highly recommend him and the team at Carolinas Dentist.
