I absolutely love this office . This is the best dental office I have ever been to. The diversity , the customer service , and the feeling of you count is such a huge focus in this dental office . I have never been so satisfied with my dental experience . I will never go to another office. Great job you don't find too many places with good customer service anymore . Thanks!

Wow! I actually can't believe that there aren't more reviews. Ive been there twice. Scheduled again next week, and Dr Armstrong is wonderful. I had a really bad anxiety filled experience my last doc, everyone here treated me with kindness and respect, I felt well informed and not ashamed but motivated. Im thankful to have come to this office. The staff is exceptional as well. Its been years since ive had a well rounded genuine friendly experience.

Dr. Bates and all the staff there are wonderful. They worked with my treatment plan and budget. I don't dread going to the dentist because of their care and the way I'm treated. Highly recommend, sending my family there.

Dr. Armstrong was great! Super quick and easy cleaning, and super friendly staff. Front staff could've been a little more polite, but all in all fantastic experience.

I don't recommend this place at all. For one how you tell someone with insurance that you will not see them again if they don't pay a remainder balance. Which isn't that much. But I'm pretty sure there is other people with crazy outstanding balances. Check in was a slow process. I would love to hear your guys story on how you changed your named. But yeah no good if you ask me. Never refuse treatment upon a patient. Will be searching for a better prestigious dentist.

All I can say is WOW! Everyone in the office was very personable, professional & welcoming. They were completely prepared for Covid19 safety precautions & I felt very comfortable having my treatment done during this time. From the moment I walked in the door with the receptionist greeting me, Rachel the manager explaining the new practices in place for Covid19, Alyssia (the drs assistant) taking the time to explain all the processes & making me feel safe & relaxed, to Dr. Armstrong caring for my tooth issue & making the process completely pain free! I was also told of my expense upfront so there would be no surprises later. I’m happy to have found such a great dental practice so quickly, having moved to Greensboro recently. I would highly recommend!

Let's start from the beginning. I called to make an appointment and the woman on the phone was so helpful. She asked me what time worked for me and worked with my schedule. I was so impressed. I even called the day before my appointment to see if i could get an earlier time. They were able to accommodate me which really helped my busy schedule. Upon walking into the room, the woman at the front desk was so helpful. She greeted me with a smile and I gave her my paper print out of my insurance card. She folded it up and laminated it so it was more accessible for me, I didn't even ask and I loved that. I was called in very quickly and my appointment time was at 12 noon, I was taken back within 7 minutes. I was taken care of by Thao she was the woman who did my cleaning and our conversation was so genuine and I felt like I knew her for a long time. She also did my imaging, which didn't take long. Katherine the Dentist came in and she went over the imaging with me and showed me where things were. The visit was great. The quality of service and care is uncanny. I've never felt so comfortable at a Dentist office. When leaving the receptionist talked over my insurance information with me and she answered any questions I had. She gave me all the paperwork I needed. Its EASY to say this is my new home base for Dental care. Thanks Ladies for being so caring and informative !
