I've been going to Dr. Schusler for years and have always had an incredible experience. The entire staff makes an effort to make my visit personal, from the front staff who greets me by name every time I walk in, to my hygenist who remembers things we talked about during my last visit 6 months ago, to Dr Schusler herself who will take the time to ask how things are going. For example, I visited in October 2016 when I had just started a new job as a tax associate at a public accounting firm and my list visit on Tuesday began with my hygienist asking me how tax season went. My hygienist also does a great job of recommending and keeping me informed about products that they offer at the office. In short, I feel truly cared about every time I visit Dr. Schusler and I believe that is what makes this practice special. If you are a dog lover you will also feel right at home at Dr. Schusler's office--I've heard that she will let her dogs sit on your lap during your visit if you are feeling a little nervous!

Had a fantastic experience with a typically terrible situation. Had to get emergency crowns put in and every person involved was top notch. Knowledgeable dentists and staff, friendly atmosphere and great attitudes. Will definitely be returning for future visits!

Fairly new to the area & was in need of a dentist. Dr. Schusler was recommended and I made an appointment the same day! From the moment I walked in & was greeted by the receptionist, Compton, then Holly, then Dr. Schusler, all was excellent.
Now we won't have to travel back up north for check ups & work.

I wish there was many many more stars that I could give. This place and these people (angels) are amazing. It has been years since I have been to a dentist due to an extremely painful experience in the past. I had a tooth break off in the front of my mouth. They had me an apt by 7 am the next morning as a new pt they had never seen before. Knowing I was extremely anxious and nervous about my previous experience she slowly and calmly walked me through it all, and let me tell you, It was absolutely painless. Even the puncture to numb my gum was close to non existent. Now my smile is back to where it should be and I now have a dentist who I can trust and be at ease with. They are %100 by far the best in WNC/SC!!!

I have always loved the staff at this office but I met Dr. Heather Lee for the first time today. She was wonderful. She is very personable, yet professional at the same time. The atmosphere in this office is so fresh and relaxing. Love it!!!

Always an amazing experience with the wonderful ladies in here! Compton is the queen of the office tho. Lauren is incredible and sooo friendly. It was my first experience with Dr Lee and it was a great one. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

I have never been treated better at a dental office. A past experience left me terrified of dentist. My first visit here changed my view. Every one is so kind and caring. They were very patient and understanding with my fears. And even having some issues after my extractions didn’t discredit what I was saying. Awesome office. Will get all of my dental work done here
