I was a new patient to the office. The receptionist upon entering was very nice. I saw Lauren to have my teeth cleaned. She was super explanatory and very gentle. Dr. Rowland was friendly and went over all that was needed to be done in the future. At no time did I feel pressured to do work that was not needed. Being a retired dental assistant of 20 yrs I was happy to find a awesome dental team here in Hendo!!

1st time with Dr. Rowland, moved here from N.Y. Nov. 2021, Staff and Doctor are all fantastic, extremely professional, pleasant happy up beat personnel. Met Silvia an assistant, loved her, so nice to talk with & learn about her and her family, extremely personable & very capable of answering questions I had. Compton at front office terrific on phone & in person, happy to meet her. Also Dolly who apoligized for leaving her name tag in her car, she also was very pleasant to talk with. Dr. Rowland, I must say, OMG, you all must make an appointment with her. Extremely knowledgeable, a true professional meeting her for the first time. Took all the time I needed to discuss my dental issues, never rushed our conversation, and explained everything very clearly. We even chatted about our canine pets and Vets in the area. I love that this business is female run and operated. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with the most stunning atmosphere. Straight from a Pinterest dream. Doesn’t feel like you’re in a dental office whatsoever (which is great in my opinion)! The staff is incredibly friendly and thorough. I could tell that they truly cared about my dental history and future! Absolutely 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

My husband and I are new to the area and trying to find a good, trusting and thorough dentist in an unfamiliar place seemed scary, to say the least.
Our fears are over, Doctor Rowland and her staff were so welcoming it set the pace for the whole visit.

Very pleasant and professional team at Four Seasons Dental! As a new customer, it put me at ease in terms of considering a new dental office. The warm greeting from the receptionist made the check in process exceptionally easy. The hygienist was a breath of fresh air in terms of being friendly, sincerely interested in meeting a new customer, knowledgeable, thorough in cleaning, and educated me on best practices for an even healthier set of teeth. The group at the Four Seasons office is at a Major League level. A smart and listening Dentist, Dr Rowland and a team that you can only describe as smart, thorough and compassionate. Lauren who is my hygienist is a life saver , Dolly and of course Compton fill out the team of pros I have dealt with.
All in all, if you are in need of a new Dental experience, give Four Seasons a try in Hendo.
