Orchard Hill Dental is the most uncaring dental practice there is. If you have an emergency, even if a severe infection, don’t except help. They (Nikki) will put you on a quick list for a week later. It was nothing like it was Pete Richards practice.

My wife and I just had our first encounter with Orchard Hill Dental. A lot had changed since we last went to see our dentist: there’s a new dentist now, a new hygienist, and, of course, the Covid-19 pandemic and its necessary precautions. It was reassuring to have Debbie in the front office still!
For the past 24 years we have entrusted our dental care to Dr. Pete Richards, who has since retired. While the faces might have been new to us, we were pleased to know that Dr. Richards handpicked Dr. Christy to take over his practice and that we can expect the same high-quality care from her that we came to expect from him.
Our appointment this time was only for a routine cleaning. I was particularly impressed with Carol, who seemed thorough and practiced, and I appreciated the way she handled me, how she answered my concerns, that she made suggestions for things I might try in the next few months.

They immediately acclimate you to your surroundings. Additionally, I was impressed that Ashley, the assistant, is about to apply to dental school.
