And, my husband and I like to go at the same time so we can have "date day" after our appointments - which they ALWAYS accommodate! They even have a therapy dog at the practice now! LOVE THESE GUYS AND GALS!

Dr. Moody is a very nice guy but the billing department is horrible. First I was given an estimate for a crown and other work. The estimate was very reasonable and I decided to go forward with the work. After I got the work done they tell me that I owe more because my insurance had a waiting period that I had not met. I asked why they had given me an estimate and told me they had verified things with my insurance. They blamed it on the insurance company. I asked for a list of all the charges and a balance of what I had paid. I noticed that there was a charge for a filling that was never even on the original estimate! That is like a mechanic fixing something in your car without asking you and then charging you for it! I went in to get an issue corrected and the guy I believe that is in charge of billing came in the room to discuss my past due balance. I informed him that I would not pay for something I was not even made aware of and further more I had already paid $300 over the original estimate. He told me he would talk to Dr. Moody. I told him I wanted an itemized statement which includes all charges and all payments I had made. He told me no problem, he would email it to me. He never did. Months later I got a bill saying I still owed over $400! Mind you my original quote was for @$700!

From check in to final exam with Dr. Moody, everything was excellent. They took the time to explain my treatment plan in great detail, everyone was super friendly, and I was able to complete the visit during my lunch break.
