First Dental of Huntersville

All staff are amazing!!! Dr. Moody is excellent. He is kind and honest in explaining in what you may or may not need done, and admits when something is not his area of expertise and refers you to the right person for the job. What really amazed me though was the dental hygienists! I think the one I had today was named Brenda, I’ve never had a hygienist that took such great care! Rather than just the typical “you need to floss more” one would expect at the dentist, she was very thorough in explaining specific techniques that were needed for my teeth and what areas I was doing right on so I knew to keep it up! She also checked and double checked after my cleaning to make sure there were no spots missed. I feel like I got a brand new set of teeth they’re so clean! If you don’t have dental insurance, their office offers an affordable membership plan that covers your routine needs and then some.

Had 2 crowns done 3-4 months ago. It went very smoothly. Had a small sensitivity and went in today. They took care of the problem. I highly recommend first dental for ur dental care.

Dr. Moody is amazing. I have a severe fear of dentists because of past experience and he was able to provide a calming demeanor and I no longer dread going to the dentist or have panic attacks. He has made a world of difference in my dental health.

I highly recommend First Dental in Huntersville. Dr. John Moody and his entire staff provided me with a great customer service experience. It was easy to schedule my appointment. I was greeted by the front office staff immediately when I entered this office. I was made to feel welcome and everyone listened to my concerns. After my cleaning by Rebecka, Dr. Moody's exam was detailed and the recommended treatment plan was explained to me. He took his time to make sure I understood. I appreciate how Dr. Moody and his staff made me feel so comfortable during the entire visit. I am so happy I found this group and look forward to continuing all my dental needs with them!

The staff is nice and they put you at ease as soon as you arrive. And then there is Riley the mascot. An awesome dog, I enjoy seeing on my visits. However Dr Moody is the reason for being there. Ten years ago he made my first set of dentures. No one realizes I wear dentures he did such a good job, and once I put them in I never had problems. My friends that read this now are going to know my secret. Yes they are dentures. He is very gentle, and very professional, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Years ago, my family had to change dentists due to a change in insurance and have not looked back. We have had such a great experience over the years with Dr Moody. Dr Moody and his staff are always very friendly and welcoming as well as professional. The office is clean and modern. I would highly recommend First Dental of Huntersville.

Staff is wonderful and Dr. Moody is very personable and professional. They all make it a pleasure to go see the Dentist, which was not the case for me before becoming his patient. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THEM ALL 💞👍
