They told me they were in network with my insurance, yet after I had xrays they tell me they are not in network with my insurance!
I would give zero stars if it were an option!! Side note, the dentist and hygienist that I dealt with there were great.

Wow.. Best dental procedure experience I have ever had! I was a little nervous about having a filling replaced as I had a mild reaction to the to the local anesthetic at a prior office. I informed the technician and Dr. Laws of this and they were able to use a different medication. I was in and out of the office in less than 45 minutes! Numbness wore off quickly and no pain at all from the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Laws and her staff!

Brittany, Teniel and Dr. Weiss are great! Teniel is so sweet, we talked like we knew each other forever. Brittany was always checking on me and asking if I was okay. Dr. Weiss is new to the practice but is very good. He is honest and straight forward which I love in a doctor...tell me like it is! He goes out of his way to make his patients comfortable and happy. He could tell my cavity on my front tooth was really bothering me so he worked me in and I will be forever greatful. I could tell that he had to work extra hard to help me and I appreciate it very much.

Love the staff here ! Dentists are all great, patient and very knowledgeable. Dental assistants are all kind and helpful. Office is clean. My children ages 5 & 9 love this place, and the dentists here have always made me feel comfortable and confident with their work.

I have been through most of the dentist offices in Gaston county (that accept Medicaid) and ended up unhappy with most of them for different reasons but mostly because almost none of them would actually listen to me about my pains or fears or anything. I always ended up in pain AFTER being numbed to the max and no one listened so I decided that I was going to forget the dentists and just deal with whatever was going on. Then a friend recommended Caring Dentistry. They have completely changed my mind and I'm so glad they did! The staff and everyone there are SO nice and caring and actually listen to me! I recommend this place to anyone who needs a dentist especially if you're nervous or afraid of dentists! They put me at ease and were a tremendous help!

I was in a lot of pain and Josh worked me in to be see the very same day even though I was a new patient and they were very busy that day. Dr. Henderson and both the assistants who helped her were so kind and knowledgeable. Teneil, one of the dental hygienists, came and checked on me many times because she knew how anxious I was. Dr. Henderson was able to remove an old crown with no pain or discomfort and my children couldn’t believe the injections to numb my mouth didn’t bother me at all! Once the crown was off, they were able to make a new permanent one the very same day! They worked so hard to make sure the new crown fit perfectly and Dr. Henderson told me that she would not put a crown on my tooth unless it was as the same quality that she would expect for her own care. Thank you, Teneil, for recommending Caring Dentistry. This is definitely our new family dentist!

I wouldn't give them even a star but I had to, I waited for over an hour to even seed anyone, they finally took xrays them I had to wait for the dentist to come in only to be extremely nasty, no one even mentioned cleaning my teeth, told me I didn't brush my teeth when I JUST DID!! I ASKED to have a tooth extraction and they refused, said the only thing they will do is fill a tooth that has the side rotted off, refused to remove teeth that had 20+ years filings, that were breaking off jagged and needed removed!! Doesn't matter what the patient wants, they do the least they can for you!!! I would not EVEN take my poor 8 year old dog to have his teeth cleaned there!! Best advice to STAY AWAY and find another dentistry office!!!

I highly recommend Caring. I Had a broken tooth. I reach out to Caring and they worked me in for extraction. Everyone was so nice from front Josh to back Teneil , Sindi & Dr Henderson, everything went so smooth. I had Dr a little worried (hehe) she was a so good. I HIGHLY recommend Caring Dentistry. Can’t wait to go back for cleaning with Teneil.
