Dr. Weiss is great, he takes his time and is very caring. I love his bedside manner. My girl Brittany, the assistant is also wonderful!

My sister Dianne went here and got dentures made they have had to readjust them at least 3 times and they still are not right. Her dentist was Tarah Coleman. A friend had already told me that most dentist just slap anything in medicaid and Medicare patients mouths and this has stood to be true for my sweet sister. Her dentures have not been right from day one they are too big and buck teeth sorta. She has not been able to eat a meal with them in they fall down constantly, and they gave rubbed sores on her gums in places, this is so wrong and she had such high expectations to only be let down. It has thrown her into depression and it's understandable. This should never happen to anyone. I hope my dentist will make her teeth over and give her the pretty smile she so deserves and dentures that will stay in, look pretty Not Too Big, and not rub bad places on her gums. We are very disappointed. I do hope things will be made right for my sister she is so precious and dear to my heart.

I'm so glad we found this place. The office is very clean and the staff is friendly. I particularly enjoy my dental hygienist, Amy. She is super friendly and sweet, as well as gentle and thorough. That is a hard combo to find!

I am very unhappy of the treatment I received here as well as how the negligence of one dentist is covered by the office manager as long as his notes agree with his version of events versus what I was never told I needed to save this tooth or given a treatment plan or even aware that said tooth was cracked.

I contacted the dental office after a recent cleaning regarding a tooth they missed in my past 3 visits where the dentist informed me that, “It’s like a flat tire. It isn’t anyone’s fault that it happened but now it has to be fixed.” I was let down by the office manager who said she, “would get to the bottom of it” after voicing my concerns and no known knowledge of a damaged tooth. But after speaking with the dentist, “his notes and story says he had discussed the fracture with me prior to my last visit.”

Not only did the office withhold my own images and X-rays from me for a period of time after this visit, I was told of a rejected treatment plan I was never aware of, that the cost is out of pocket since my insurance won’t cover it and that I was made aware of the said tooth’s damage in prior visits for preventative maintenance such as routine cleaning and fillings where needed. I looked into my insurance and it covers 50% of the procedure so why was I informed differently?

Not only was I misinformed, I was NEVER informed that a tooth I had with a metal filling from over 10 years ago was cracking; however there’s an xray picture of it from over a year ago with a crack and no treatment was done nor instructed from the dentist. In this situation I’ll use an analogy like I was given; “It’s like I took my car in and he noticed the nail in the tire and said nothing about it and I continued to use it until the damage was done - so that in the end it was more expensive and time consuming to replace than before.”

If you try to seek information or help they offer no assistance nor fault on their end. I recommend finding a different dentistry that takes the time to treat you and makes you happy to wear your smile rather than giving Caring Dentistry your time and money because you will not be satisfied with the end result.

These people in my experience only do crowns and other expensive procedures. They're very rude when you disagree despite seeing successful fillings instead of crowns. I would seriously watch for this if a commercial payor insurance. I had a retired dentist say-their are too many dentists in their area. They go to pay the rent.....He worked part time examined a bridge they said required replacement due to margin breech. He explained all or most bridges have a margin breech. We're all human nothing is perfect. But they advised two bridges $5000 worth of work be done immediately. It's just sad-some would argue it's a matter of opinion but who wants the opinion that costs you extreme unnecessary monies and aggravation. I personally found a better group. Also visiting on Friday I felt the instruments unclean they should be sealed and opened when I come in the room not scattered along the tray and some on the floor. They really didn't like me asking about that-why be defensive?

Went to have my teeth cleaned, they said "well we can't really do anything until July" because that's when my insurance matures. Thats kind of odd to me, because they knew exactly what I wanted and wanted to do more "for me". I felt rejected it's hard enough to go to the Dentist in the first place, and then to get there and them tell me that " we're gonna set you an appointment in July"? Really, it's May and I haven't had one phone call, Caring Dentistry is just a name.

worst experience I ever had at a dentist. Wouldn't clean my teeth, said to much perio. however after going to 2 other dentist for opinions. They head no issues doing a cleaning.

Had an x-ray done there. I asked if I can have this on request. I was told yes, just sign a release. I called, was told that I cannot have the original. They will print on paper or email it.

I do not recommend, they will try to suck you into a "good ol'e boy network...
