Dr. Laws is intelligent, respectful and really listens to all of your needs. She stays up-to-date on all sorts of health-related topics as they pertain to oral and general health. I am only disappointed that I cannot clone her to manage all other areas of my health and well-being!

Everybody's really friendly and informative. didnt have to wait. I was nervous but the staff put me at ease. Then when it came time to pull my angry tooth she did it with minimal pain. My preteen son goes there also and has had no problems also.

Insensitive. I called after loosing a portion of a filling to make an appt to have it looked at. I am not a new patient and described to the person who answered exactly what happened. She asked if I was in pain and I said no.. not yet, but I know I will be, could I get the first appt around 4 that you have please? She said yes if you can wait a week we can see you next Thursday at 4. After I arrive they proceed to tell me that they have attempted to call me to tell me this would probably be an evaluation ONLY. They could look at it and xray but I'd probably have to come back to have the tooth actually fixed. Well, after a week the tooth is hurting now and they STILL said this would be a eval appointment, more than likely. I assume because they were running behind and can charge for two visits when I come back to get it done. So I waited all week thinking I would be helped to be told I was only getting an evaluation.
Their attempt to reach me regarding this was one call the day before my appt which I did not get. The other call they made was just a reminder of my visit. HOWEVER.. I tried 3 times to call them and got their VM saying they're out for lunch btwn 12-1 and after calling again at 2 I figured I'd just show up at my appt time. (I was calling to get my son a cleaning appt).
I wasn't told when I made the appt that I would not be receiving care. So in short, if your hurting and need care asap this is NOT the place for you. My family will be finding another dentist.
Response to Owner: The problem was made clear at the time the appointment was made. If this could not be treated at the time the appt was set up for it is you STAFF's responsibility to tell your patient's at that time. I made it clear to the person whom answered exactly what was going on.

Went in to have some teeth extracted, and was the biggest waste of my time. My blood pressure was elevated due to my anxiety and my medical history,,and brought me I had me sit in lobby for a hr just to be called back and sent home still in pain. Will not go back

Caring Dentistry is the bomb!!! Dr. Coleman is awesome!!! All the staff are friendly, caring,helpful and professional. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone and everyone!! Great job guys!!
