Absolutely lovely group they have down there. I got very lucky with their schedule and they were able to fit me in the very next day. I haven’t had a regular dentist since 2012 and they were incredibly inviting and friendly. I couldn’t ask for anything more.
When I went for my appointment, they were very quick and professional and answered every question I had.

My experience with my recent visit to Marion Family Dental was enjoyable and pleasant in every single respect, save one, which really has little if anything to do with the service I received while in the chair. Emily is an outstanding hygienist and her work is always as thorough as it is considerate and professional. Furthermore, although I'm unable to recall the name of the female dentist who took care of me, the work she did was every bit as caring, considerate and professional as was Emily's. They make a great team. The only problem I had was the volume of "reminder" texts I got on my phone leading up to my appointment time, which was excessive beyond belief. One reminder the day prior is fine; 20 of them almost on a daily basis beginning weeks prior is a bit much.

From start to finish, it was friendly, professional, understanding, and caring. I dismissed the exact surgery I needed at a different facility because I did not feel comfortable with them. I love this place. First to mention I'm terrified of dentists, have been since I was a kid. When I walked in they joked around and actually talked with you, making me feel much more comfortable. The cleaning, x-rays and visit was so gentle! I had no pain, and they work with you, and explain anything you ask. They had personality, and that goes a long way in my book. I think I've found my permanent office!

Starting off with the friendly staff that greets you when walking in, feels very welcoming! Kind and knowledgeable dental assistants and hygienists. They go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and listen to all concerns and questions. Then there is DR.G!!! hands down, the BEST dentist I have ever seen. He calms any nerves I have, listens to my worries, explains every process from beginning to end. He has the best sense of humor....he even endures my dramatics. I will recommend and suggest this office every time!!!

This was my first visit. I am not a fan of going to the dentist but I had a filling fall out.This was just an eval and I go back Friday for the repair. Everyone in the office was so nice and friendly. Dr. Slavik was very thorough in her explanation of what I might need done so my options were clear. Once I decided, I received a print out of the cost, what my insurance should cover and my out of pocket expenses. So far an excellent experience. Great job ladies! Thank you!

Very accommodating, attentive and kind staff! Knowledgeable Dentists who care about the patient but also their own staff, Even take out the trash! That alone speaks volumes of someones character. I was very impressed with the care in this office.

As a nearly 40 year old woman I still had all of my wisdom teeth and they had started giving me some issues resulting in pain. I called to make an appointment to have them pulled fully expecting to wait several weeks to be seen but my appointment was made for the following week. Dr Slavic and her hygienist were professional, kind, thorough, and gentle. She extracted 2 of my wisdom teeth with literally zero pain! I'm healing perfectly and I only had 1 dose of ibuprofen just prior to the numbing wearing off. The atmosphere of the office is very quite and calming. I watched HGTV's House Hunters on the ceiling TV while Dr Slavic worked but she also explained everything she was doing before she did it, she made polite and reassuring conversation as well, and she has a great sense of humor. I would suggest Marion Family Dental and Dr Slavic specifically to anyone but especially anyone who has had a traumatic experience with dentistsin the past. Oral health is incredibly important to your overall health and you shouldn't compromise your health over fear! The folks at Marion Family Dental will put you at ease and take the best care of you no matter your circumstance.
