I really love this dentist office my daughter feels comfortable enough to go to the back by herself to have what I thought was only one filling that ended up being three. Also made it easy and super quick to get the appointments and was will to work with me and push appointment back an hour because I was running behind. Really like this place can't wait to see how my toddler does on his first appointment to see them

I feel like I should have been notified that my insurance was no longer accepted before treatment began. I have had 9 children, most of them adults now, and now I am going to have to leave this practice due to my poor experience today. The receptionists are great, but it looks like upper management needs help.

Love the way they took patience with my grandson who is autistic they made him feel comfortable! Usually, I have a very hard time taking him to the dentist but this time it was a breeze. Thank you all so much for your patience. I appreciate you.

Would have liked to have met Dr. Huffman, when she came in, briefly ,to visit my 12 year old son, Curtis Ball, 2-8-2010. Other than that, excellent! Also quoted $184 on phone ,and told them no fluoride treatment for my son. They did the fluoride anyways, and charged me $227.😟

I had appt at 8:00am today 12/26/22 office was closed, I called no answer, door locked. I didn't receive any cancel or reschedule notices. Now I received a text thank you for your visit and I never was seen today. I took off for this appointment that was scheduled 6mos ago for my daughter.

Been taking my kids here for 5 years, they've always been really great with them both (son is 6, daughter is 13). Today, during both my kids cleanings, I decided to switch to them from my dentist in Asheville & make them my hubby's dentist also . They were able to go ahead & do my cleaning then during my son's cleaning, which was really awesome! They're always gentle & always great about getting everyone scheduled on the same day which is so nice. Looking forward to us all going here as our family dentist. The reception staff is also very nice & my son LOVES being able to play the "old school" Nintendo in the waiting room. Shout-out to the (dental assistant?) That was there today from Marion due to short staff who did my cleaning, she was also great! Would love to see her back more!

Been taking my kids here for years. I like them and they do a great job with the kids. However, it used to be in and out. Todays appointment and the last one took 45 minutes of waiting to get taken back for a 15 minute cleaning. It’s disappointing for sure.
