We have always had very good experiences here. My little one always needs an extra boost if confidence to get through the cleaning and they are always very gentle and patient with them. They always seem to know how to respond to them we’ll always leaving us with a good experience!

My daughter can get anxious when having dental procedures. The staff did a wonderful job by talking to her and not just me (she was the patient), explaining the procedure, having methods to keep her mind off what was being done and they were so very friendly. As a parent, I really appreciate their kindness and patience!

Don’t bother with this office if you need a pediatric dentist. My son had an appointment in March to have 2 cavities filled that they cancelled and rescheduled for end of May 😲. I tried calling the office manager and she never bothered to call me back. They just now told me that his May appointment has been cancelled due to not having a pediatric dentist available. This office is very poorly run and we will never be back. I used to really like it there but lately things have changed drastically. We will find another dentist.

I've been taking my kids here for 3 years now. I loved them in the beginning and referred them to many people. I started going here myself recently, and they were terrible on the adult side. Rough, could not find any proper equipment, and were unsympathetic as they pull your lip so far it feels like it's going to split while they work on you.
Even after the poor experience with myself I hung on because I felt they were always so good with my kids. It just isn't the same anymore. The front staff are incredible rude, I get an invoice for one fee only to get told day of payment that the cost is more and when I explained they told me a different price on the phone the girl just acted like I have money issues and can't pay it. No you told me the wrong amount and I was shocked when you tell me it's 50$ more.
All this to say, I guess 3 years of a good thing has come to an end and I'm going to shop for a new dentist for my kids.

Fantastic and seamless from start to finish. Paperwork is all completed online and moves quickly. The dental hygienist, Jose, was fantastic with my kids. Have been a long time parent at this dentist and I’m overall quite pleased.

Child's appointment has been canceled and rescheduled last minute or the day of 4 times now. Apparently they don't have a pediatric Dentist working there currently but will still schedule and hope their temp one decides to show up.
