Smile Forever Family Dentistry

I went for the first time since moving to NC and I love this place. Everyone was so incredibly nice and reassuring. The facility is clean and fresh and it doesn’t have that dentists/clinic smell. The dentist explained everything so I knew exactly what was happening. They are extremely thorough and pleasant. Smile Forever will be my dentistry of choice moving forward!

I absolutely LOVE this dental office and it's staff!!! I was looking for a dentist in Charlotte, NC when I was referred to Smile Forever Family Dentistry in Morrisville, NC. The prices in Charlotte were outrageous and I felt like every office I visited just wanted to overcharge me and Bill me to death without focusing on my individual interests and needs. When I visited Smile Forever Family Dentistry, I knew i found my "forever dental home". They are kind, patient, they listen to your needs, they don't try to make you pay for more than you need or can afford, they design a dental plan that suits ALL your dental and financial needs. If you're looking for an honest, affordable, caring dental office that does amazing work, Smile Forever Family Dentistry IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!! This place is professional from start to finish. Jaci did a great job at the cleaning part and the Dr. Oh and Kathy were very kind and gentle with the treatment. Dr. Oh should get an award for injections because all I felt was a little pressure. And at check out, Alisha treated me like an old friend while handling business. Awesome team!!

Dr. Oh was simply amazing. I came to her for a second opinion after another dentist said I had 6 cavities that immediately needed to be filled. I was worried as I had never in my life had a cavity.

Dr. Oh took the time to explain what was going on with my teeth and gave me great, evidence-based recommendations.

Everyone I interacted with in the office was incredibly friendly and genuine. I will definitely be back.

This was the best appointment I’ve had here since Smith, Tart and Associates bought the business. Dr. Oh was wonderful; gave me her time to go over X-rays and discuss other concerns. Jackie did a great job cleaning my teeth as well.

I would highly recommend Smile Forever Family Dentistry! The process was smooth and easy from start to finish! I scheduled the appointment due to a toothache and Dr. Oh along with Jaci, the dental hygienist, worked with me to figure out the problem. They were able to replace a loose filling that day! Everyone continued to follow up with me and make sure that everything was going well after my appointment.

I will be going back for all future dental work!!

My first appointment to get a cleaning done went great. Everyone was kind and welcoming. My second and third appointment, however, were beyond traumatizing. The dentist was new and had absolutely no idea what she was doing. I went to have cavities filled and the dental assistants seemed to know more about filling them than the dentist herself. I left (and stayed in) a horrible amount of pain and no matter how hard the dentist tried, she couldn’t adjust my bite correctly. I paid what was owed and knew I’d never return again. A couple months later, I start receiving voicemails stating that I still have a balance on my account when it had been paid off months ago. Fast forward one year.. one of the fillings that was done by the awful dentist ended up falling out. I called and asked for a refund because no filling should fall out, let alone only one year after it was placed. I was told that the office manager was out and would call me the following week. I then get an email stating that they’re not going to be issuing a refund and from the context of the email, it was clear that they could not care less and have had ZERO training in customer service. . My new dental office was appalled after hearing my experiences and said I should have been fully refunded. Needless to say, if you’re looking for a non-traumatizing experience, DO NOT GO HERE!

I’ve dealt with an irrational fear of the dentist for a really long time, and have been without dental insurance for a while—both of those reasons have kept me far away at any cost. When I got benefits from my first job after college I sucked it up and googled an in network provider. Honestly, I chose this location for the sole reason it was all female! I loved that. Dr. Erskine is an incredibly talented dentist, very good at putting her (overly) anxious patients at ease, and can maintain engaging conversations even with her hands in your mouth. She is such an easy-going dentist who makes sure you’re completely comfortable with the process and really cares about her patients. If you’re looking for a location that’s more than it’s money and business, check them out. I couldn’t speak more highly of them.

**This review is from over a year ago - when they did in fact have a front desk employee named Amy who was awesome. Amy is no longer there, but this review is most definitely for this office. The owner should very well be aware that they got the practice from Dr. Nazario even if they claim they don't remember Amy.

I'd like to start by saying I had been a patient of Dr. Nazario for years. He and his staff and wife were amazing. He was kind, friendly, and a great dentist. Thankfully, Amy is still at the practice who is also wonderful.

I was trying to give this new staff and dentist the benefit of the doubt. While they were friendly, my first visit had me questioning their competency. They knew nothing of coding for procedures or how to work any of the instruments. I literally checked the certificate of the hygienist to see when it was completed. Despite this experience, I was still going to continue my dental appointments here thinking they simply had to get used to the office.

Unfortunately, my opinion has changed since I received a call shortly after the holidays regarding my dental treatment plan, asking me when in the next 2 weeks I wanted to schedule my appointment. After talking to a relative that goes here as well, they too received a call about when they were going to schedule their appointments to complete their recommended treatment plan. I feel like this is now a car dealership with sleazy salespeople. Dr. Nazario never behaved like a salesman like many dentists do in order to make money. It is sad how the practice has changed.

Like many patients here, I was a patient of Dr. Nazario before he transitioned his practice over to the new Dr's. While I enjoyed Dr. Nazario being my Dentist, I also reciprocate the same feelings to the new staff and Dr.'s. I have seen Dr. Behairy twice now and I have had nothing short of a great experience each time. All the staff really seem like they want to get to know their patients. Most importantly, the Dr.s and hygienist's have done a great job taking care of my teeth. I look forward to continuing my business here, and If you are looking for a new Dentist, I would highly recommend them.
