I would say this is one of the best dentistry in the North Carolina. Everyone in this dentistry is so cool and nice including the Office Manager. All were so helpful and indeed professional. Especially Dr Nazario and Beth, the two great people who did an awesome job when I been there. Beth is very detail oriented professional with loads of positive energy towards her profession and Dr Nazario would start from the basics and explain all possibilities / answered all basic question that I had with tons of detail. The good thing which I see here is everything is upfront detailed out including pricing before they get on to actual procedures. I personally recommend this dentistry to everyone !!!

I love going to this dentistry, very professional and friendly staff. However, today I had a negative experience while getting a fit for my impression. The staff that was measuring my mouth for the night guard was careless. I complained about discomfort but she just dismissed it and said it's ok. However it was not ok she pressed really hard in my mouth with a metal measuring guard and left 2 deep cut in my mouth. I told her how much I was bleeding and she said again it's ok it's just the gums and it will heal!! She was not empathetic at all and brushed it off. Very disappointed and annoyed at her negligent.

This is a great place to go! The staff are friendly and really care about their patients. I have never had to wait, they take me in almost as soon as I walk through the door. The clinic is extremely clean. I definitely recommend this dentistry office.

Everybody at Smile Forever is very nice, friendly, professional, patient and caring. The office is very organized, clean, and modern. Unlike some other places that they put you in a room and handling many patient at a time, Smile Forever respect people time, so they organize their staff and time to be most attentive. Definitely recommended.

I just recently switched to Smile Forever and I had a great experience. My daughter and her father go there and they always raved about how great it was there. It wasn’t until I went with my daughter to a cleaning that I decided to make the switch. After seeing how great Megan was with my daughter, it was a no brainer!!

Traumatizing experience... I had a mild procedure done and my mouth was held open so long I experienced lockjaw and couldn't close my mouth after the procedure. Afterwards my mouth was gagged open for several minutes while no one could figure out what to do to unlock it. I have never had this experience happen in my life.
Additionally, I was misquoted by a long shot. I was told that my insurance would cover most of the procedure and I'd only have to pay around 100$ out of pocket, WELL I got hit with almost a 1k out of pocket bill and all they could say was what we gave you was just an estimate. I have never seen an estimate so far off. Disappointing and I now have DENTOPHOBIA & wasted $$
