I love this office!!! I had not been to the dentist in a while, so a deep cleaning was needed. Needless to say, it was PAINLESS. The staff members are friendly and courteous. They always make sure you are comfortable and understanding of any treatment process they are doing. By far the best dental experience I have ever had. Billing has never been a problem; I have always received any statement I asked for via paper and email. They are just great.

I was seen at Stansell Dentistry today and I had the best experience! I was cheerfully greeted by the office manager Lauren who answered some questions I had and with no wait, I was introduced to Farrah, my hygienist,! She did an amazing job at explaining my dental care, cleaning my teeth and teaching me some better methods for caring for my teeth. Dr. Yousefi was equally amazing in explaining my dental plan and assuring me that I would receive the best care with a positive outcome. I am a happy patient and I recommend this office to anyone that would like to experience a great staff and the best care for dental work!! Thank you Stansell Staff!! Looking forward to my next visit!!!

The office is warm and inviting with a professional and friendly staff. My teeth are in relatively good shape but I had not been to a dentist in many years. The team made me comfortable and developed a plan to take care of issues I have and what I needed to do to keep my teeth as I advance in age. Turns out I had early stages of potential issues and needed an intensive cleaning and to ramp up my flossing efforts.

They did a great job performing a deep clean. I would highly recommend this dentist office.

I had an appointment today with Stansell Dentistry, last time I went they were in the other place in Brier Creek. I went in today and the office is so nice and welcoming. I had a great experience from the moment I was greeted and checked in to the end when I checked out. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for such a nice experience, not everyday you have a good experience going to the dentist. It really eased me and made me comfortable.

I decided on Stansell after seeing glowing reviews and lots of recommendations for them, but all of my experiences here were not the greatest. The office staff and the dental hygienists are all very sweet and knowledgeable, but everything else just gave me a bad feeling from the get go and I wish I had trusted my instincts the first time.

Every single time I’ve made an appointment, they are at least 30 minutes late. Obviously I understand that things happen, but every time? During the one appointment I made to get actual dental work done, I spent about an hour total just sitting around as the dentist came and went without telling me what was going on. This same dentist was also clearly annoyed and frustrated with me for being mildly anxious about the procedure and having a small mouth (even though my mouth isn’t that small….) I don’t even know what his name was, because he never introduced himself. In fact, I don’t have a clue what the names of any of the half a dozen different dentists I saw were, because they barely introduced themselves and it felt like they were in a rush to get me out as quickly as possible.

After I had these fillings done, I’ve had nothing but problems with one of the teeth that was worked on and it took FOUR appointments coming back and forth and seeing a different dentist every single time for them to give me an actual diagnosis of what was wrong. The last time I came in expecting to have the problem filling replaced, but was told by another entirely different dentist that wasn’t what was happening and she thought a totally different procedure needed to be done. I called off of work and wasted all that time and anxiety expecting one thing and then was told something different. All of this could have been avoided if they had just done thorough testing the first time I was seen.

I never leave bad reviews or any reviews for that matter, but my experience here has been nothing but trouble and has just made my dental anxiety even worse than it already was.

Dentist was good but billing department not so much. I’ve been asking for a detailed billing statement which should include payment from me and insurance company. What was sent was not what I was given. Next step is to have a conversation with the owner.
I did received a response from owner but in fact it was a response from office manager. As posted from her on reviews I will be looking for a new dentist. I was asked to take down this post by the office manager. As you can see I will not be doing that.

My husband and I both recently started going to Stansell Dentistry and could not be happier. It’s in a very convenient location in Brier Creek overlooking the beautiful country club, and the office itself is very peaceful and calming with the decor. Rebecca is the dental hygienist we both see and she is a gem — so helpful, knowledgeable and comforting. For my appointment, I saw Dr. Lecann and she was also wonderful and made me feel at ease; my husband saw Dr. Stansell and said she was great as well. Thanks for everything and so happy to be a patient of this practice!

Very professional atmosphere. The receptionist was nice an I loved my dental hygienist.. I think her name was Rebecca! Very informative and interpersonal. She let me know a lot of things I didn’t know prior about my teeth. Great experience.

Today I had a wonderful experience at the dentist office. I must say at first it felt that it wasn’t going to be good but, by the end I was sold. The dentist that service me today was the best he explained everything in full detail. Thank you and my teeth thank you as well.Stansell dentist I want the same dentist every time.

Had my first deep teeth cleaning ever. Also my first visit here. Extreme warm, healthful and friendly staff. Made what normally would terrify people a pleasant experience. If in the area, or not in the area 😉 I would recommend Stansell Denistry! Very happy my girlfriend referred me!
