I wish I could award them 6 stars! I have never had a bad experience! Our family has been going to Smiles by Design since about 1999. Dr. Axvig, Dr. Axvig-Dwyer and their entire team are the most experienced and caring dental professionals you will ever find. I have had my share of dental work completed over the years, and I still look forward to each appointment. Whether it is to see Carrie for a cleaning or one of the Docs for, well you know... It is always a positive experience! Once you get to know these folks, they will become your friends as well, and you may even find yourself stopping by just to say hi! I highly recommend them!!!

Dr. Axvig and Angie were awesome to work with. They were able to work me into the morning schedule on extremely short notice, helped with my pain, and made a great plan for follow up. Also, all staff very pleasant and knowledgeable!

My experience at Smiles By Design has been nothing but the best! The entire staff is so warm and welcoming that you almost forget you’re at the dentist. Both Dr. Axvig and Dr. Dwyer have provided honest and trustworthy services. I finished an Invisalign program with Dr. Dwyer and was so happy with her care. The dental staff is the best i have ever encountered ,Dr Dwyer and Angie were my most recent to have to deal with me . I had the pleasure of a crown being applied to a wisdom tooth, and it was a hard spot for them to work on but fairly pain free and fast . Love the crowns fit and feel . Cant praise them enough, have been a regular patient for almost 4 years .

This place is a definite must-try if you can't seem to find a decent dental place. Was my only go-to for dental pain, and they made me very comfortable and helped me get relief in the best way possible, and also helped any way they could financially.
Now with my last appointment passed for a couple months, as now I'm back to regular cleanings, This place is a definite plus. Everyone i interacted with were very sweet, kind, and understanding. They also didn't sugar-coat anything when it came to dental care, so this place prioritizes patient care and well-being.

Have been going to Axvig's office for over 20 years. Everyone is very professional and polite. I've been to other dentist and needed nasal gas do to be able to get through. Not the case at smiles by design. Axvig & his team care about you, wait to see if your ready, & are interested in the patient wellness.
