Dr. Axvig has been my dentist since shortly after moving to Bismarck in the 1980s. Although I have primarily seen Dr Axvig, I have also seen Dr Dwyer as well. Both do a wonderful job and are caring, personable people. In fact, all of the staff at Smiles By Design are kind and efficient. The office is modern, clean, and well organized. When you make an appointment, you are seen on time, with little or no wait! And the dentistry is top-notch. I have had a variety of services done, from checkups, fillings, removals, and crowns. All were done as painlessly as possible. I always feel that Dr Axvig is willing to take the time to explain what is going on with my care and does a great job of doing the work.
