They consistently have superb customer service, incredible communication, and most importantly they make my smile stand out in all the best ways! Great dental office and notably amicable staff! Carol was my hygienist and she did a fantastic job. It was easy to tell that she is experienced and caring. I am very impressed by all of the staff members I interacted with, from Emily at the front desk all the way up to Dr. K. I was a new patient and they made everything super easy. Scheduling my first appointment was a breeze. Another thing I was impressed by was all of the technology utilized at every step of the way. Dr. K and her team are truly dedicated to providing the best possible care and doing so with genuine customer service in mind. I would recommend Capital City Dental to anyone.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. K’s for over 3 years and I’ve consistently had an outstanding experience! I feel so grateful to have found a dentist who genuinely listens to my concerns, goes above and beyond to make sure I’m cared for, and ensures I’m educated on the whole process. All the dental assistants I’ve had have provided me the same level of care and thoughtfulness that the Doctor does. The front desk staff are exceptional at what they do, going out of their way to make sure the financial and scheduling aspects of my care are as effortless as possible. I could go on all day because this place is full of people who are excellent at their jobs! I highly recommend Capital City Dental!!

I love Dr. K and the rest of the staff at Capital City! They make going to the dentist a much more casual and relaxing experience. I love chatting with everyone about our dogs, they even have pictures of all their pups in the lobby. The receptionists are also very knowledgeable and they understand insurance well, so you always get a straightforward answer regarding any costs associated with the services they provide!

I recently started going to Capital City Dental, and it has been wonderful so far. I had some tooth pain, and they were able to get me an appointment next day. They listened to my concerns, and gave me a follow up plan we all felt confident about. Dr. Kotwani is always kind and the staff has been great every time I've been. Very glad to have joined this practice!

Growing up pretty poor, I had never been to a dentist for the first 29 years of my life. I’m very fortunate to have Capital City be my first experience. I have quite a lot of work left to be done, but Dr. K and her staff have been patient, caring, informative, and a joy to work with so far. No complaints from me (on fillings, cleanings, etc.) at all.

I am truly truly grateful, thankful, and appreciative to Dr. K. For a person who loves to smile and sing, but could not really with out feeling self conscious about my smile. She has given me a reason be laugh, sing, and smile to the world. Thank you also my Dr. K, who worked out the financial plan and then my mom and dad who supported me through this long and challenging process. I love Capital City Dental. I was looking for a dentistry that I could trust with my smile but also worth my time and money. Capital City Dental checks all the boxes! From the moment you walk in you’re greeted by friendly front desk staff. There really isn’t a wait to be seen once you’re all checked in. From there service has been quick and efficient. For my cleanings I’m out in about 45min! The overall ambience makes going to the dentist a little more enjoyable with the soft jazz/Lofi that plays. My teeth are handled with care every time, if there’s ever a concern they are quick to make sure it’s handled. It’s also a woman-owned woman ran office which I loveeee. Definitely hoping to remain loyal here! 10/10 recommend :)

For me, I won't EVER go to another Dentist. They treated my issue with privacy, dignity and respect, and they nurtured me through my Phobia of Dental procedures. Most importantly, when I needed Emergency treatment they squeezed me into an already tight Holiday schedule! 5 stars isn't enough to be honest, they deserve every award available! Thank you Dr. K & Cap City Dental staff 🙏🏽 from the bottom of my heart!!! I'm a customer for life!!!

My invisalign treatment has been a wonderful pain free experience. Thank you Dr K and all the great staff for helping me achieve an amazing smile, even at the age of 59! You are never "too old" to look your best!
