This is a long overdue review as I have been coming to Capital City Dental for over a year now and have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. K and her staff. As soon as I started seeing Dr. K, she put me on a treatment plan and helped me stick to it. Her staff is great and they've always been flexible and accommodating. I would highly recommend Dr. K and her practice.

I really like Dr. K and Sara, the hygienist. It is the billing department that is worrisome. I have been a patient for 2 years. My very first appointment was with new insurance with a new job. I didn't see a bill for over 7 months and it was incorrect (Andrea in billing told me they were backed up on their billing, not my problem). Since then I have been going back and forth providing documentation for my insurance plan and being told they are resubmitting all while sending me overdue bills. I've finally had enough. I am paying their "introductory rate" even though nothing should be owed and finding a new dentist. For all the trouble I've had it's amazing they won't just write it off. I sincerely hope Dr. K will find better billing staff so as not to lose more patients.

BEST dental experience I've ever had. I have a lot of dental anxiety and other places I've been to don't try to ease that at all. Capital City Dental was so calming, welcoming, and helpful. They made me feel totally at ease and let me know everything they were doing. Sara did my cleaning and she was SO kind! Would highly recommend to anyone, but especially those who get stressed about dental work.

From my first phone call to schedule to checking in for my appointment to my cleaning everyone was so genuinely warm and seemed happy that I was joining the practice as a patient. I will be back for future cleanings and hopefully starting Invisalign soon! If you are looking for a new dentist this is it!
Edited.. I finished my Invisalign and am on to the retainer portion. I am so happy with my results and the support I received through out the process. I would recommend Cap City Dental without any hesitation.

I’ve been going to Dr. Kotwani for quite a few years now, and she is just awesome! Her hygienists are top notch, too. The entire office always gives me the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I had some pretty awful and traumatic dental experiences as a child, but Dr. K and her staff always put me at ease and make me feel comfortable and safe. New to Columbus and was recommended here. Wonderful people. They got me in the day I called. All super friendly and my hygienist Sara A. was wonderful! She took the time to explain things to me and was the best hygienist i've had yet. Also, Dr. K was incredible as well. Will definitely be back in 6 months.
