What can I say!!! I needed a new Dentist last year and found Capital City here on Google. From the moment I walked in, I knew I had made the right choice! Dr. K and her staff are so nice and the office is run so smoothly. The best part, though, is Dr. K’s skill. She noticed little things that had been bothering me for years and fixed them in minutes. And then, a few weeks ago, I sheared the back off of a Pre-molar, and thought I would lose the tooth. I went in and Dr. K looked at it and decided she could save the tooth! Two weeks later, she seated the crown perfectly and no one would ever know that it isn’t my own tooth!

The staff and technicians at Capital City Dental are always welcoming and friendly. I had an extra long wait during my visit this week, which I chalked up to being related to the snowy conditions outside. It was suggested to me to use sensitive toothpaste, yet I was given regular toothpaste in my care package. Just a few details that left an impression. Overall, My experience at Capital City is very positive and I would recommend them to friends and family. 😁

Just wanted to give a shout out to Dr. K and the wonderful staff at Capital City Dental. I'm a 'dental wimp' - sweaty palms and nervous stomach for all procedures - but Dr. K has totally earned my trust - she takes the time to listen to me and to explain what's going on. The front office staff helps me navigate my insurance plan and keeps me on track. Last week, I got a call late Friday afternoon on my way home...I figured it was a billing problem. Nope, it was Dr. K, making sure my rather intense session that morning wasn't causing any pain. I have never had a dentist or doctor make a follow up courtesy call...ever. I liked my previous dentist, but I love Dr. K and crew!

I’ve been to Capital City Dental, three times and all of my experiences were wonderful. The staff there is so friendly and professional. Dr. Kotwani is very personable and her office is designed so well. I was especially impressed by the technology and the sunglasses you get to protect your eyes from the light and water sprays. I highly recommend Capital City Dental.

Last week I had a crown fall off at work and Dr. K was able to get me in the same day. Also my hygienist, Sara, is always very knowledgeable and gentle with my cleanings. Best office I have ever been to!

Love the staff in this office. This location came highly recommended to me several years ago from a patient who lived near Coshocton, OH and continued to drive almost 2 hours to this dentist.
I will continue to call this my family dentist and will continue to drive all the way downtown, even in rush hour traffic.

Never in my life have I had such a fun dental experience! The staff are *always* pleasant and friendly - but my hygenist C was especially great, and we turned a tired end-of-the-day appointment into grins and giggles!
Something I've always liked about this dental practice is their practical, understanding approach - they never try to push you to have work done that isn't absolutely necessary. I look forward to being one of Capital City Dental's patients for many years to come.
