I was recently a patient at this practice, but moved and was forced to find another provider.
Somewhere in the mix, my insurance company (MetLife Dental) decided that they wanted to not pay the bills due to their own clerical errors. Andrea in the office was super helpful and patient. She went above and beyond to help me resolve this issue, by making several calls to the insurance provider and corresponding with me via email, phone, and fax. She's the stuff that customer service legends are made of.

So Dr. K recommended I use an occlusal guard since I grind my teeth at night while sleeping. I was apprehensive about sleeping with a mouthpiece but found that I'm able to rest at night, I dont wake up with headaches or jaw pain.. I now cant sleep without It. My adult binky is now a necessity, I wake up in the middle of the night to put it in if I fall asleep without it!!
