The staff is very friendly and they work with you to help you achieve your best smile! When I have needed urgent appointments they were able to fit me when I broke a tooth and when I came home for a short two week period. Appointments have always began on time with minimal time in the waiting room. I know anytime I go to Firouzian Dentistry that I will receive quality dental care.

For years I've noticed changes in my bottom bite and significant movement of my bottom teeth. In addition, I had increased clicking and popping in my jaw which made it uncomfortable to eat, brush my teeth and talk. Through extensive research I came to the conclusion that it might be a result of TMJ. I looked for TMJ specialists in the Columbus area and after reading multiple reviews of various dentists, I chose Firouzian Dentistry. I decided to send a picture of my bite through their virtual consultation service and was contacted the next day to schedule an in person visit. I met with Shireen and she spent about an hour with me going over the causes of TMJ and treatment options. Yesterday I started my treatment journey and I couldn't be happier! Dr. Mike helped me find the correct and comfortable position of my jaw and bottom bite. I could finally open my mouth without my jaw popping and slipping back into place! I was so happy I almost cried! I am so excited to continue my journey with Dr. Mike to not only correct my jaw and bite, but to also get my confidence back! I had oral surgery today, I felt no pain. Dr. Mike and his assistant( sorry I do not remember her name) had my comfort and best interest as their priority. I was very relaxed. I am definitely having my grandchildren put on a program here. If you are phobic about dental work this is the best facility to take care of you.

From the ladies up front, to the dental techs to Dr Firouzian himself, they make sure you are completely aware of all the details that go into your care. I highly recommend them because they make you feel like family.

I've never had such exceptional service at a small business. This team is very detailed oriented and thorough, throughout my visits they explain any questions I have in detail and have great bedside (chairside) manner. They also treat with a holistic approach that is very well thought out and hard to find. As a business, they have the forsite to stay on top of the latest dentistry techniques and services. I ask a lot of questions during my visits, and was surprised to see the amount of little things that they do, that probably goes unnoticed, to most people. I.e. they ozonate the water used. Would definitely recommend!

With so many dental practices in Columbus, I’m happy with my decision to go with Dr. Firouzian’s. It’s truly an all-around fantastic dentistry. I had to get quite a bit of work done, so I wanted a dentist that could work out a plan of action with me. They not only helped me make a plan, but they considered my insurance so that I could get the most out of it. The ladies in the office are so great with following up and providing estimates of my expenses. For my cleanings, I’m usually with Jess and she’s super nice and knowledgeable. I think it’s amazing that they all remember what’s going on in my life; they are a very personable staff. Dr. Mike is so skilled! I like how he takes the time to explain what will happen in a procedure, so I know what to expect. They always make sure I’m comfortable. With all my big procedures Dr. Mike called to make sure I was doing well later that night, so considerate! I value this dentistry so much it was one of the biggest considerations I had when deciding whether or not to move out of Ohio, because a good dentist really is hard to find. Highly recommended!

I truly love Firouzian Dentistry! The entire staff is so kind, personal, and always remembers my name. Their communication system is very efficient. I love getting a text to let me know when my next appointment is. I got Invisalign through them and they were thorough in explaining the entire process to me in language I could understand. They even made special accommodations for me since I recently moved out of town---giving me more trays at a time so I don't have to travel back as often. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now because it's always such a great experience. 10/10 recommend!

Had a dental appointment on May 19, 2020. The staff were professional as always and everyone wore masks. The wonderful person who cleaned my teeth wore a plastic shield over the mask. All staff working on patients had shields over their masks. It was great knowing of the precautions they took. I had to wash my hands before going back to teeth cleaning station. It was the same comfortable atmosphere that I have always felt. Bennett

Dr. Mike is an excellent cosmetic dentist!

They replaced a front central crown for me which truly is an art form and it looks great.
I've heard and read many times that placing one single crown on a front tooth is the most difficult procedure in dentistry. I really appreciate Dr. Mike for taking on the challenge and delivering a great result!
