Absolutely the best dentist around!! I travel from Louisville, KY to see Dr. Mike and Erin for ALL my dental work. I have been going to Dr. Mike since 2005 when he saved a tooth of mine that another doctor wanted to pull. He has treated me and now treats my daughter and is very gentle!! You will NOT find another like him! He's the best!!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Firouzian Dentistry on how proactive they have been in serving patients during this pandemic. They were very customer oriented in rescheduling appointments as soon as possible, and have put in place many precautions to make patients and workers feel safe. I went to them originally because they knew how to safely remove mercury fillings, but their kindness and care have kept me there. If you’re having dental problems, don’t wait. They are ready and able to help you now!

I went to have my teeth cleaned at Dr Firiuzian‘s a couple of days ago. I was nervous at first, since this was my first visit to a medical office since the shut down. However, I felt completely safe the entire time. They have taken exceptional measures to protect the health of their patients and their staff. Everyone in the office wears a mask or full protective gear and patients are not allowed to wait in the waiting room. When you come in, they take your temperature and ask you to wash your hands. Everyone was also very friendly and reassuring.

When I started having mouth pain, I began to worry when it came to how I would get this treated. At the time, only emergency patients could be seen. Once the pain became too great, I contacted Firouzian Dentistry to make an appointment. We all dread having any type of medical issues during these crazy times, but Dr. Mike Firouzian and his team made the entire process comfortable while putting my mind at ease. I didn’t know what to expect, but was blown away by their preparation to keep the entire experience and environment safe. He followed up with me multiple times to check in and see how I was doing. The entire team was beyond empathetic. I recently went back for a follow-up and now that their doors are back open, it was incredible to see how they are managing the process of seeing more patients. They have outlined steps on how to handle each patient from the point of entering the building to checking out, and at no point, did I feel uncomfortable. In fact – I felt more safe there than anywhere else! Thank you so much to this incredible team.

Dr. Firouzian was the first doctor able to successfully diagnose a medical issue I had that was affecting my breathing, and had been detrimental to my sleep for a lifetime. Numerous sleep studies, sleep doctors, and specialists had not been able to uncover the underlying issue...until Dr. Firouzian. After the successful diagnosis I went to the surgeon Dr. Firouzian recommended to correct the issue, and the results have been truly life changing! I really can't thank Dr. Firouzian and his team enough for all they have done for me. I am reminded of their expertise, professionalism, and genuine care for their patients every time I wake up fully rested in the morning :)

Dr. Firouzian’s Dentistry Office has gone above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and safe during this odd time/Pandemic. If you are skeptical on going to your appointment, DON’T BE! I felt so safe and was in and out within about 35 minutes! Totally worth staying on schedule with my 6 month teeth cleaning visits!

I have visited Firouzian Dentistry, three times in the past 30 days as part of my treatment plan.

The staff never ceases to be over achieve on each visit. Perhaps the most impressive is there commitment to patient safety during Covid-19.

They have a multi-step process. It begins with a phone call screening days before the appointment. There is a second screening the day before. Upon arrival for your appointment, you call from the car and wait to be called in. Your temperature is taken, hand washing, and then directly to your room which has just been cleaned. Every one is masked and I observed the staff hard at work cleaning other areas.

The entire process was so impressive I just had to share how reassuring it was. Without hesitation I would recommend Firouzian Dentistry for all dentistry or sleep apnea during coronavirus

I was referred to Dr Firouzian by a friend who is a physician for sleep apnea treatment. What appealed to me is that the treatment didn't involve a C-Pap device.

The process is thorough. It includes a sleep study, evaluation of study, and scan of the width of my air passages. I was then fitted for a mouth guard which increases the airflow and eliminates the sleep apnea.

The staff was responsive to all my questions and needs through out all phases of the process. I was most impressed by how simple it was and how quickly it was accomplished.

If you have tried other sleep apnea treatments with little or no success. I would highly recommend that you give the Firouzian team a call.

Dr. Mike applied veneers to my front teeth nearly 10 years ago and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The color and shading looks so natural and compliment the rest of my teeth. The entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly and walk you through the entire process. I still get complemented on my smile all the time. This was one of the best investments I ever made. I would highly recommend Dr. Mike for anyone who is seriously looking to improve their smile.

I am so happy that I changed Dentist. Their office is very nice and inviting. They have definitely taken the precautions to ensure the safety of patients during covid-19. As someone with a compromised immune system, I feel safe going to their office. I would surely recommend them.

I'm extremely disappointed and angry at the waste of valuable time. I sought a consult with their myofunctional therapist due to a potential tongue tie. The therapist was nice but only went over what therapy does (which I had already researched); she did not even look in my mouth and wasn't able to tell me if myofunctional therapy was something I'd benefit from. I wasn't even offered an appointment for an exam. The office staff was not very friendly, seemed unorganized, and they were talking to each other and walking around the office with their masks covering only their chins. Their masks only went on when I was nearby. The therapist's mask constantly fell beneath her nose so she was touching her mask non-stop. My consult took place in the waiting room because the conference room was being used - even though I had an appointment. That is very unprofessional. Overall, I'm frustrated and angry that my time was wasted, would not go back, and would not recommend this office to anyone.

I just read the owner's response below and it's all untrue. I never indicated that I didn't want an actual appointment when I scheduled the consult. The secretary who made the consult did that without telling me I had a choice or explaining what the consult included. I was called after I left the office (while literally driving away) and was offered an appointment for exam and xrays, but as you can imagine, I was frustrated and said no. Wearing masks below the mouth and nose is not complying with safety standards. Obviously determine for yourself if this is an office you'd trust with your dental health or therapy. It's sad the owner would lie to make themselves look better.
