Firouzian Dentistry

I came to this practice because I wanted to get my old Mercury fillings replaced. That was about 6 years ago. I have been a faithful attendee of my regular check ups (every 3 to 6 months) since then, despite being uninsured and paying at least a hundred dollars each visit. I have always scheduled my appointments​ three to six months in advance with reassurances that I could always call to reschedule if it didn't work out.

The last week has been a particular hectic one with unanticipated trips out of town and family emergencies, and I needed to reschedule a couple times. This office has a 48 BUSINESS hour (8 days ahead!) cancellation policy, so even when I called two days in advance, I was still threatened with a cancellation fee. Then they told me their policy was that if I rescheduled, I wouldn't get charged for a cancellation. Also to note, the confirmation email/phone call doesn't come with enough time to cancel or reschedule.

This morning when an urgency prevented me from going, I called to reschedule​ and they told me they would charge me $50 for the cancellation. When I asked about the policy of rescheduling without being charged, I was told that was not in fact their policy.

I cancelled and I am eagerly switching practices. The dental care is great, but the customer service is not.

Best around! I’ve never enjoyed going to the dentist until I started seeing Dr. Mike. You always leave with a smile on your face. Very personal and individualized. I never think twice about driving 2 hours every time I have an appointment.

Hate going to the dentist or any kind of doctor. It the dentist has always been a huge point of anxiety. Every time I come in I ask dozens of questions about the equipment and what they're doing and the whole staff is incredibly polite and very patient. Just knowing that the scary metal thing about to go in my mouth is really just a sound wand to vibrate junk off my teeth really helps. I would recommend them go anyone. They've got the tech, confidence and knowledge to make even me comfortable which is an achievement considering the last time I went before them the dentist gave me an Ativan to take before my appointment.

This office is filled with the kindest, most compassionate staff and doctors. They make you feel valued. I came in very upset dealing with a failed, infected, re-treated root canal. The doctor spent as much time as I needed to make an informed decision. He was very compassionate, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice.

All of my experiences at Firouzian Dentistry have been exceptional. Dr. Mike and his staff are always kind and professional. I recently had a cavity filled and was so impressed by the efficiency and quality of their work. I would recommend them to anyone!

The staff and Dr. Mike Firouziana very skilled. Over the years I've been very happy with the results of what Dr. Mike has provided. Dr. Mike cares enough to take the time to make decisions with me and has always been mindful of my feelings and situation. No rush or sales pitch. Very knowledgeable and gentle procedures with no pain at all. Also, several options to take your mind off the procedure.

Dr.Firouzian is truly an artist and amazing dentist. I told my husband that I never thought anyone could magically fix my crooked smile so that I could enjoy smiling again. Even though it's just temporaries I am amazed at how easy the process was and how beautiful the results are. I know if the temporaries are this great,the final result will be even better I just wish I had done this years ago! Can't thank Dr. Mike and his wonderful team enough. The process was so relaxing and I didn't feel a thing as I listened to my classical music while an incredible dentist and his assistant were performing a miracle on my teeth. I just love my smile thank you from he bottom of my heart everyone!

Check out Dr. Firouzian's dental practice. They are simply amazing at everything and it makes that dreaded trip to the dentist more pleasant than ever. I've been going here for years, and even when I was living out of town consulting, I made sure to come back and see Dr. Mike's staff back here at home. I've had all kinds of dentists in the past, but I recommend anyone looking to check them out. They simply are the best. Thanks!

Dr. Mike and team are the best dental care group you can ask for. You can tell they truly care and always with a friendly smile, their service and ease of access is the absolute best. Going here makes "going to the dentist" never scary and actually very pleasant! They have the best facilities, the best processes, knowledge, the latest tech and the best people! This place takes care of everything dental you could possibly need and is great for the whole family. It's really great having people you can know and trust!

I have been going to Dr. Mike now for 2 years. The staff is very professional and polite and go the extra mile in performing their jobs. They perform little extras such as taking your blood pressure that I have never experienced it in the other dentists office. The office staff the hygienists and Dr. Mike all appear to interact like a family. I highly recommend Dr. Mike and his entire office.
