As a new patient, I will tell you this place is OUTSTANDING! I am a corporate trainer and teach customer service to executives so I know a thing or two about great service and this place definitely has it!! Dr. Alex and Kim were absolutely wonderful in making sure I was comfortable and got top notch care! I will NEVER go anywhere else. If you're smart, you'll switch dentists like I did and get yourself an appointment. You won't be sorry! ….And did I mention, the procedure was pain-free :)

These guys are awesome . Dr Mike and his assistants are super nice. First time I’ve had a crown made and put on in one hour. Had bonding done on front teeth while crown being made. All in 2 hrs!! My front teeth look absolutely amazing! Dr Mike is awesome, even called this evening to see how I was doing. That’s a first!! Great..great experience and highly recommend this office. Great staff also!

Firouzian Dentistry is top notch and was the reason I switched from my previous dentist. Dr Michael Firouzian is also a specialist in sleep apnea . My custom fit mouth appliance was a game changer for me. I no longer have to battle with a CPAP machine and my sleep experience and health is so much improved. I would certainly give them a try . Shireen Firouzian is very knowledgeable and will walk you through the entire process. 5 STARS!

Dr. Firouzian and his team are great! They're always very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. I was never a big fan of going to the dentist, but Dr. Firouzian's practices and techniques are the most up to date and patient centered I think they could be. Even during the cleanings, exams, fillings, etc., they have relaxation techniques they use that help calm the nerves. I am always impressed when I go in there how comfortable and welcome they make me feel, and I definitely don't dread going to the dentist any more. Thank you, Dr. Firouzian and team!

Great place. Everyone is super friendly and patient comfort is a top priority. They do all my basic cleaning and X-rays and were also able to treat my jaw pain, which is a huge relief. During COVID, they have been doing temp checks, social distancing and disinfecting to keep everyone safe. I highly recommend!

Nice meeting Dr. Mike, Erin and staff today, I appreciated the initial cleaning and look forward to being a patient you have a very welcoming office!

I always have a great experience at Dr Firouzians office. I have had both cosmetic and restorative work done, plus basic cleaning and xrays, and the staff is always friendly, professional and very gentle. I just recently visited their office and they have instituted many new safety procedures to protect the patients and staff during the pandemic. I felt completely reassured my entire visit.

I was able to walk right in for my appointment without delay. The hygienist was friendly and efficient. The dentist explained the next steps with a plan for a tooth that had some issues. A great experience!

Dr Firouzian and his staff are AMAZING. It is incredible that Dental care of this caliber is available right here in Ohio ! You can rest assured that you will be treated very well here. I had a broken tooth and I was both upset and frightened. As soon as I was evaluated, I knew I was in the right place. The staff was confident and comforting and very professional. Dr Firouzian is extremely gifted and knowledgeable.

Once again, great experience! I actually look forward to going to the Dentist for regular checkups, they take wonderful care of me and my dental health. :) Sydni is great! very attentive and makes the whole experience very comfortable and pain free.

Mel Neel-Surrena: I've gone to Dr. Mike for 26 years - have never had another dentist since I've lived in Columbus. I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Mike and his entire office staff; they are wonderful people and the best at what they do. Dr. Mike is always trained in the latest procedures when other offices don't even know about them. Ivana is the greatest to work with when it comes to your insurance and they always work with you if your insurance doesn't cover something. I'm sad just thinking of a day when Dr. Mike retires since I'll never find a dentist and team as great as they are!! He sets the standard!

Dave Surrena: I had an 8 am appointment today for some minor but necessary dental work. I was in and out of there, all done by 8:20. I don't think I have ever waited in the lobby past my appointment time. They actually see me at the time of the appointment! 8 o'clock means they'll see you at 8 o'clock. I Love that! Thanks again to everybody there for making a trip to the Dentist a pleasant and friendly experience!
