They were all so nice, polite and very attentive. Explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Pricing was told to me, and there was no pressure for anything. They all were very professional. And the work they did was absolutely outstanding!!!

Dr. Paulson, Kacie and Bailey are great. I had some questions about a procedure and Bailey was very helpful explaining what the insurance would cover and what I had to pay for. I always have had a great experience at every visit. Would highly recommend!

My family have been a part of South High Dental for a while. They are always friendly and professional and willing to answer questions. When I say they..I mean from the smile you see at the front desk, the hygienist, the dentist even the ones asking for money...all make you feel comfortable and welcomed.

Good family atmosphere. My 2 children and my wife all go here. Love it. That was then I quit going there a couple years ago when they changed names because they came to me with a bill and said they under estimated my bill for around 2 years and I needed to pay the difference. Mind you I had a flexible spending I paid med. and dent. out of and should have paid my percentage every time. So I will never go there again and had been going there for 20 years plus. I am still sad about it but life goes on.......

My boyfriend went to this place a while ago for a cleaning. He hadn’t had a cleaning in a few years so he was really looking forward to his appointment. He got there and they said they would not give him a clean that day and that he needed to go to a different dentist office to receive a “deep cleaning”, then come back to their office for a regular cleaning if they decided it was necessary. So he paid his expensive copay just to be told they wouldn’t do anything.
Well, he just left the dentist I see and they said he didn’t even need a deep cleaning!
South High Dental is lazy and doesn’t care about their patients. Don’t go here.

Go to get filling my broken teeth without insurance. After see doctor, x-ray my teeth they tell me I have to do treatment plan and it cost $2858. Sure I dont and I still end up with pay $237 for exam (actually just X-ray and take a look without do anything. May be I have to think like I just get rob it make me feel better.
Edit**** Look like they didnt understand what I want to say. Money is not trouble in this case but first time I make appointment for filling my broken teeth but I got charged for $237 for x- ray and exam all my teeth without do anything. That mean I have to pay for something unnecessary with my case that why I upset. Normally I go to other place for filling they will check up on trouble, give me option to work with. Not just try to up charge the cost with something unnecessary or BS fancy treatment like this.
