Dr. Bowman is the most amazing dentist!! I have never had someone make me feel so comfortable in that chair. He takes the time to explain everything that is happening, and checks in frequently to make sure I'm comfortable or to see if I am feeling any pain. The staff and assistants have always been friendly and helpful as well. I will happily be referring Comfort Dental Hilliard to everyone I know!

I love the dentist there ~ I have seen three and they all are super professional and no matter how nervous I was about my dental procedures, I left calm and fixed up without any extra issues. BUT your front faces in any business will be the ruin of you, I called today and the receptionist couldn't have been more rude, unhelpful and down right depressing. She has zero desire or want to help. So now I have to call back tomorrow and hope someone else answers and isn't hating their job or life.

Currently looking for a new dentist. We have been using Comfort Dental in Hilliard for 2 years and only one of the experiences (1st one) was acceptable. Due to the COVID-19 protocols, they will only see 2 family members at a time with no exception. We have 3 children so I have to make 2 appointments now. One of the reasons we chose then was because they were willing to see them all at the same time. They have also refused to perform cleanings on them when I was not present, in the building, but now it is okay for me to wait in the car. Ridiculously poor customer experience each of the past 3 times I have been here. I will not be back!

Love the staff and the dentists! I have had severe tooth pain for a week and today I just couldn't take it anymore. Dr. Jacob worked me in his schedule and was super kind. He totally understood that I needed to keep my cost down due to no insurance. I will be back and now my husband wants to make an appointment.

My friends and family agree: Dr. Bowman does amazing work! Amanda, Kristen and the rest of the staff all are well above what I expected and used to from a dentist. Not just their OUTSTANDING work, but courtesy and professionalism as well.
I’ve had cleanings, cavities and a root canal done here; they’re all completed and look great!

They send you 25 messages and reminder calls just for you to arrive early and nobody is there to greet you yet they are in the back talking. I yell HELLO after 5 minutes and get nothing then another 5 minutes I knock on the desk just to be told ONE MOMENT as if I haven’t been waiting 10 minutes already. It’s 10:50 a so I know it’s not lunch time so what is the issue? They lack customer service to the fullest.
