I can’t say enough good things about the Hilliard practice. Dr.Scott and Alisha are hands down the most professional and kind team I have seen in the dental field. I have always had a bad experience with the dentist, always nervous and never felt like I was heard by the doctors and staff. That was definitely not the case here. I immediately was met with kindness and transparency from start to finish. Alisha was warm and funny, asking questions to actually understand her new patient. Dr. Scott was informative and easy going, offering support throughout. I came in with my anxiety high and left feeling like I could come back comfortably and at ease. If you’re looking for a dentist call and request Dr. Scott and Alisha!

This place should be ashamed of the subpar care they give their patients. My daughter needed a crown, the first woman made the temporary crown so thin it broke the minute they laid it on her tooth. The next lady wasn’t any better. They told her don’t use that side of her mouth for 2-3 weeks! After me questioning the quality of their work and durability of it, along with several hours of being in the dental chair, and many tears, they eventually got something on her tooth. Unfortunately it broke within 48 hours leaving my daughter without a temporary crown on a holiday weekend! We’ll NEVER go back! It seems as if they aren’t properly trained to do basic procedures here. I asked to speak with the doctor that owns this place before we left and called multiple times with no response!

Dr Bowman is amazing!! My husband who had not been to the dentist in 30 years, because he hates the dentist, is now going to take advantage of Dr Bowman’s monthly plan! The entire staff, but especially Rosaly Santiago, is awesome and made him feel very comfortable.

Dr. Jonathan Bowman and the staff are flat out fantastic. Our daughter took a rather large chunk of one of her front teeth out at work on a Friday evening and they found a way to rearrange their schedule to fix her up the next morning. We were not actually patients of Dr. Bowman's at the time and they still treated our family like gold. Our experience was so positive we are going to switch dentists now. Thank you Dr. Bowman and thank you to the staff who were wonderful too!

The Absolute Best Dental Office In Hilliard!
Very easy Scheduling. They did my cleaning (an actual Dentist) 2 cavaties, sanded down a tooth and filled my chipped composite (both cosmetic) all in the same day at the same appointment! I have lived in Hilliard my whole and I will never use another dental office for myself or my family. I posted my review on FB and I had multiple people respond with how great the office is as well. Did I mention they take every insurance!? Thank you Dr. Scott, TRACY, and Rosalee!
