I have been suffering with a broken tooth and 3 teeth in need of root canals for fear of going to a dentist. After seeing positive reviews of Comfort Dental of Hilliard, I scheduled an appointment and to my surprise, found their name to fit their practice perfectly!! I got in quickly, Dr Dubois performed a root canal on me the same day and I felt absolutely NO pain! Later that day the doctor personally called me to check on me at home!! What a great team they have there!! I am a patient for life!!

Dr. Sharma & Shelby did a great job on me the other day! I was in & out in 30 mins… it was insane. Very efficient operation over there.

I had a tooth removed. In the process the dentist cut my tongue, split the side my gums and undermined my pain. Not only that he didn’t even apologize for cutting me when he know he did. I asked for a different script bc I can’t swallow I was advised I can only have Tylenol which I know is BS. Since they have switched doctors I would NOT recommend them AT ALL.

Probably one of the worst facilities I’ve been to. My dad also goes here and we went here 2 weeks ago and were told he needs a root canal and it’s been almost 3 weeks and they haven’t scheduled him in. They are very neglectful and don’t care about the health of their patients. Now my dad is going to the ER because the infection has spread and comfort dental is useless. Would not recommend. Also front desk is rude.

Creepy and sketchy waiting room. When you get back to have your services done, get ready for an audience. It is a wharehouse type setting and you are lucky to be 6 foot from other patrons. If you have insurance and don’t need discount dental care, It’s a hard pass!

I’ve been going to this location since middle school and they are so professional and very kind which makes every visit something to look forward to!! You feel taken care of and they’re also pretty quick so you’re usually just in and out fast.

I am very scared of the dentist , when i had a tooth split right down the middle and give me horrible pain they were able to get me in same day and pull it. They also pulled another tooth and gave me some filling. I disnt feel shamed for my bad dental hygine and i felt that they only recommended necessary procedures.
