Not happy with my last visit all on Tuesday. My appt. was at 3 p.m. I arrived at 2:55 p.m. and was not seen until 3:50 p.m. almost an hour later. No One came out to check on me in the waiting area or apologize for the wait when I walked in there at 3:40 p.m. to the secretary to see what's going on she said they were behind. No one apologized I have been going their for a couple years that was the worse.

I recently visited this Comfort Dental in Hilliard. I wasn't sure what to expect because the place had opened less than a year ago. When I got there, I could not believe the level of customer service I received. The staff was extremely friendly and made sure that I was taken care of immediately upon entering the building. After filling out some basic paper work, Dr. Sliter called me back. He explained everything in detail and made sure that any questions I had were answered. The team was very professional and I could tell they cared about me and took pride in their work. If you're looking for a dentist in the Columbus area, check them out.

This is by far the worst dentist I have ever been they gave me a root canal when I didn't even need it one they fix a chip front tooth and they did just an awful job I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy they have very incompetent staff to say the least.

Not "comfortable", but efficient and helpful. The reception/waiting area is uninviting and is not manned by a receptionist but the dentists know their stuff and the staff is helpful and kind..when you see them.
