In and out in 15 minutes after making the appointment last minute day before. Dr. Kelch made it easy and has the chair side manners to back up his skills. Highly recommend.

Visit was good. Anxious to get fitted for new parcel plate for front bottom teeth. Extraction is healing good. No pain. Everybody was very friendly and I felt very comfortable. Thank you!!

Terrible treatment. I wouldn’t take a dog there. One January 9th I went in to have a filling replaced that had came out. I had dental insurance. While in the chair having the work done an office person came in and told me I had to pay in full in advance or they couldn’t continue. I paid the $480.00.

I contacted the insurance company and of course I had coverage.

The dental office said I would have to file for the reimbursement myself. I did.
I waited and waited to get the payment. The insurance company said they paid $111.00 and sent it to the dentist.
I called the dental office and they said they had put put it on an account as a credit to me. This was five. Months . I asked them to mail it to me. Two weeks later it had not arrived.
I called the office and told them of the situation and they put me on hold. I held for 15 minutes as the played their publicity message. I got in the car and drove to Marietta with the message still playing. I went into the building and let them here the “hold message” still playing.
I asked for a check to reimburse me. They finally said take a seat and wait till he check is written.
Twenty minutes later I again asked for the check and was told the dentist was still in surgery. I said mail it and how badly I was treated and I would never be back.
I got a nasty letter signed by the dentist but no check. These people sure showed me that the patient is not important to them.

This is a very friendly place to go with great doctors and staff and they know what they are doing. They have the latest equipment and technology and I highly recommend them. And as a bonus they give you a delicious warm homemade chocolate chip cookie on the way out!

I have nothing but good things to say about McCarthy Dentistry. When we went in there, we had had very bad experiences and neglectful, very poor care from previous dentist that resulted in severe dental problems. They have managed to save and preserve teeth, deal with any problems that we have had, and are always very professional, kind, and understanding. This is why we keep coming back.

Shop your prices around the area. McCarthy is so expensive than you think. Their insurance estimate is horrible, at the end you need to pay way more than you thought. Me and my husband paid $2600 only for Deep cleaning. If you go other places you can do it way cheaper. I don't recommend this place at all.

After thirty years of avoiding dental work due to dental phobia, I was treated perfectly here. The staff were understanding and informative. I would highly recommend not shying away from having dental care. Try this office.
