Really do love the care I have recieved for "years" but my latest 2/7/20 due to ins. I had to pay balance upfront OUCH (and now have to wait for ins. to reimburse me) rather than me paying my deductable and then be billed for the remaining (if any), I've ALWAYS paid my bill! I'm now unfortunately on the search for one in my plan, just hope I can find one that will give me the care I received here.🙁😏
In reading comments: IF my ins. sends them $ I best get a check & not a credit "I was told my ins. would send ME the reimbursement check" for the services I recieved -if I do see my ins. did send them $ I hope they do right by me, I'd really hate to show my ugly side after many years..
AGAIN I loved the treatment, but I wont be returning due to this ins. thing, I simply can't afford paying that kind of $ all the time upfront (I'll be even more disappointed if I see my ins. did pay them and was made to pay balance upfront...)
I'm not seeing why anyone would have to pay balance upfront especially if ins. is sending them $, to me that credit thing is to "keep" you coming back (if one provides good care etc. they will come back) I'd love to stay! but with this Ins. handling issue, I simply can't!
PS: I'll try to remember to post my outcome once its said and done.

We can't say enough good things about Dr. Yoon he did a root canal on my 5 year old and he just was so gentle and kind she loves him. She didnt know he put shots in her mouth I don't think she was aware of anything he had done to her. He made her feel like she was his top patient. He told her stories the hole time and she would laugh it was amazing to watch. I have had my wisdom teeth removed from him as well and I have no complaints he took his time if I felt something he would stop and numb it some more he wasn't in any kind of a hurry which was very nice. I have never had a better experience with any other dentist... His staff is very kind as well they made you feel very comfortable.

I had 2 fillings and a root cap done. I watched HGTV on the ceiling mounted tv and before you knew it it was over. I didn't feel a thing and Dr. Starkey was very professional. When I first showed up the waiting room was completely full so I figured I was in for a wait. One by one the whole waiting room was cleared out within 2 minutes. I was amazed. Their scheduling system is also very convenient. I received email and text reminders before my appointment.

Nice place and people, but every time I go back about every 6mths to 1yr theres new drs on staff and Im not seeing the same hygienist or drs most the time..and I get different diagnoses about my plan of care where some are more detailed and others not.... like when they tell me I need some fillings and work done then the next time they don't say any of that makes me wonder and skeptical if I really need the work done?
