I call Dr. McArthy's office in a rush after cracking a tooth. They worked me in that morning. I was greeted by very friendly and helpful front office staff. After which I was soon taken back to be examined and my peoblpr identified and a course of treatment determined. All the hygienists (Tina and Adrianna were very friendly and Dr Starkey was kind and thorough in explaining the problems and options available. I did not catch the front office lady's name but she was also very friendly and informative. I have always been very satisdsat with my visits to McArthy Dental.

Dr. Stanley herself would get 5 stars, she’s always nice and professional. She’s also kind and helps take away anxiety. The hygienist are also kind and caring.
The issue I have lies with the fact that they don’t take insurance, but will bill Insurance as a convenience to their patients. However, they do not tell you this until after you had the procedure done instead of telling you upfront that you’re going to owe. I honestly don’t know what they would do if a customer didn’t have the money to pay. I’ve never been to a dentist office that didn’t tell me upfront how much it was going to cost me!
After finding this out and realizing the reason why was costing me so much is because they didn’t take my insurance, Basically I was paying for everything upfront and then my dental insurance would only reimburse me half because the office doesn’t except insurance therefore everything’s out of network with them.the front office was very rude when I asked for my records to be transferred to a new office. They didnt like the fact that I wanted to leave but at the same time it was costing me $400 for cleaning, and a couple thousand for a few fillings which I don’t have that kind of money and that’s why I pay for dental Insurance !
