Mrs. Natalie was super nice and professional!

The girls were super nice and the doctor was great! They helped me decide what the best plan of action was and there was no pressure to make a decision that day. If I would of had the money I would of let them treat me that day.

I go here for anything I need, and my husband who is a veteran who doesn't have dental insurance just started going here to and he loves it. He said they were so nice, and really attentive, only thing I could maybe say was a negative was when we came the receptionist seemed very frustrated we weren't even late for the appointment, and turned around and asked the dentist if it was ok for her to sign us in, and I said we have an appointment and asked when the time was to double check we weren't late, and we were 5 minutes early, so she made us feel like we could have been turned away even with an appointment, so despite that I was happy to hear my husband say they were friendly, polite, and perfectly normal exam, and x-rays were just fine as well, so I was happy to hear that.

I came here out of convenience, as my normal Aspen location was busy. It is a new location, so I understood that there were a few kinks to work out. The hygienist was incredibly kind and helpful. However, I had just gotten my wisdom teeth taken out and was hoping the doctor could help with a few tooth fragments that had worked their way to the surface of my gums. She, however, took only a rudimentary glance and just said they would take care of themselves. Later that day I was in so much pain from the shards jutting into my gums and cheeks, I spent 10 minutes with a pair of tweezers and took care of them myself.
Tldr: staff is incredibly helpful; doctor couldn't be bothered.

After being in excruciating pain for days, I called Aspen Dental hoping to be seen for an emergency appointment. They had me in and out in less than an hour and I could not have been more pleased with the care!!!!!!!!!! I’d highly recommend.

Went for a filling that fell out. When I called to make appt. because my dentist was 3 weeks out, i asked if the do that, they said yes. Then 4 days later at appt., they took 16 xrays. Sat in chair, then they looked and said nothing they can do on molars...really? Gave me antibiotic and said to call another dentist.
Horrible place and useless!

Went in with an infected wisdom tooth, in such pain and agony. The staff here treated me with such kindness, understanding and urgency. However, upon having the Dentist attempt to remove this tooth, they were unsuccessful, leaving a curved root in place.

My only complaint is;
If you've taken an xray, seeing the curved root of this tooth, knowing it would potentially require an oral surgeon, why waste my time?

I now have to take more time off of work, and spend about $100 dollars more to see this surgeon. You know what they say, time is money!

Call off work for a appointment these folks didn't even schedule, then left me on hold for 30 minutes

One must always remember the old saying" if it sounds too good. Do an about face and go the other way". This was the worst experience I have had in my life. It reminded me of being pressured into buying Flood insurance in the Sahara Desert. I went to Aspen Dental in Middletown, Ohio for a basic cleaning which was covered by my insurance. I was told that I must agree to a mandatory x-ray which would be covered by my insurance. At this point the Red flags were glaring. I knew I was wasting my time, but I wanted to give them a chance. Before I attended my scheduled appointment ,I contacted some resources in the community and was advised to research the "ASPEN DENTAL " brand in Indiana. I discovered that they were fined a substantial amount of money for basically upselling and other fraudulent activities. I spoke with Shawn (Office Manager) and he did not deny the Indiana allegations or penalty , but said that the Dr. has the right to make recommendations and no one has the right to question those recommendations. I asked him is it similar to going into an automobile dealership for an oil change and being told that the engine will blow up if the tires are not replaced. He avoided the issue and said that they could not clean my teeth under the coverages provided by my insurance, but they would be happy to do so if I agreed to the $1,300.00 cleaning recommended by the Dr. I declined and contacted another Dental service provider and was informed that they would be more than happy to fulfill my request as a patient. Hopefully people will learn to do their research before they fall prey to blood sucking , bone crushing predators in the community.

For starters, Aspen Dental doesn't provide certain basic dental services. I needed a root canal and crown on an upper rear tooth, but was referred to a "specialist" to have the root canal done. After I did that, I went back to Aspen to have the crown put on. I was in the chair and their dentist began drilling to prepare the tooth when he suddenly gave up, complaining of lack of proper light. He had a blinding spotlight on me too! I subsequently made several appointments with Aspen to have another dentist put the crown on, but their staff kept canceling them. I finally gave up, abandoned the crown, and received a refund. Save yourself some trouble and grief and avoid Aspen Dental. They're worthless.
