Buyer Beware. I went for what I thought was a cleaning, wrong. I was there for an hour and a half to only get X-Rays and what I later found out was a consultation. I then was escorted to an ‘office manager’ who proceeded to tell me I needed over $10,000 of dental work and a cleaning would be $300. I have insurance and was thoroughly confused about the explanation that was given. And was told I had to bring the money to the cleaning….explanations need to be given BEFORE an appointment is scheduled as to not waste peoples time. I will be calling my insurance company to ensure they know about this. Terrible company and I will not be returning, ever.

Dr. Modi and her assistant did my consultation and X-rays and decided I needed a root canal and crown but when I said no due to not being able to get off work and financial reason they became BULLIES! They were blatantly disrespectful and had no regard for how they were treating me, they made me cry and still kept coming at me. They said I had to decide to even be able to run what I would be respond for after insurance so I said fine I will do a root canal, we’ll when they came back with $2400 I said no just the extraction. Dr Modi was really mean and disrespectful to me during the procedure, not telling me anything she was doing after I asked why she was going at me for 25-30min. I took pics of my mouth and all the bruising she caused and I know she loosened my crown up next to that extracted tooth. Which I am going to seek out a lawyers advice for a civil lawsuit pertaining to her treatment of me. She didn’t even go over my medications she prescribed which she didn’t even tell me she was doing. She threatened me that she would quit the procedure because I was not acting appropriately (I was shaking cause of nerves) but instead of being nice I got threatened. You can’t force someone to do what you want if they choose to go a different route then you making a dollar off me. She still made 506$ off my insurance mind you. I have pics of the trauma she did to my mouth. I have never had or felt so victimized by a healthcare professional. I’m writing corporate along with legal advice pertaining to her Dr. Wodi and trust me she will know exactly who I am and hopefully never treat someone like me this bad ever again!!!

Liers..they tell when i set up the appointment they except my insuance did not call me or nothing just cancled the appt then i call that morning they tell me they cant tell me if they accept or not till you get there. The lady was disrespectful at the office raciest and rude said stating thats how it works. Probly so they can charge you to show up..go elseware Delta Dental excepts all plans and dont book appointments under false pretences just so they can charge you. They want miney out of pocket regardless of insuance. I have also reported this office for Insuance fraud.

I've been going to Asoen dental, first in Middletown, Ohio, then in Beavercreek and Huber Heights for implants. The staff are great at all locations and Dr. Modi is excellent! Really glad that I chose Aspen.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST DENTIST THE ENTIRE OFFICE WAS A HAPPY PLACE WAS LIKEY FAMILY ALL WORKED TOGETHER IN TAKING CARE OR ME😊(PATIENTS) WAS SO RELAXED WENT IN WITH PAIN LEFT NO PAIN THANKS TO DR LU NATILIE LADY TOOK XRAY LADY DID MY EXAM WAS PEOPLE WHO CARED I WAS COMFORTABLE WHEN SAY DR LU PULLED MY TOOTH WITH EASE WAS DONE BEFORE I KNEW IT IM OVER FIFTY EVERY TOOTH HAS BEEN PAINFUL NOPE I'M SITTING HERE PAIN FREE I STILL USED ICE PACK AND TOOK IBUPROFEN ALWAYS DO BUT ONLY NEED TO TAKE ONCE IF YOUR IN FEAR TO GET TOOTH PULLED GO SE DR LU AND ENTIRE OFFICE AT ASPEN DENTAL 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😍

If I could give this no stars I would. My previous dentist at this location was amazing, I go in recently and they give me a new dentist who says my teeth are awful because they aren't white and perfectly straight then proceeded to try to rip off my filling and split my lip while looking at the problem. She had her mask off while insuting me with her hand in my mouth. I didn't even get the xrays which is why I made the appointment! I will never recommend this place to anyone!

I drove a really long way to get here, worried about tooth pain. Over an hour. But I would definitely do it again. Absolutely everyone I interacted with was kind and considerate and I got through the entire process of my visit with relative speed. From the receptionist to the man who helped me with scheduling and billing to the dental assistant -- everybody. A big shout out especially to Charly, the dental hygienist who saw me today. She stayed during her lunch to give me a gingivitis treatment because she knew how long of a drive I had home. Everybody here is awesome. Best experience I've had at a dentist's office in a long time 😊

I highly recommend Aspen Dental for children's checkups. My 5 yo son had his very first dental visit there. I was pretty scared that he was not going to open his mouth for his cleaning. However, the dentist he had was AMAZING! She knew exactly what to say and how to act around him to make him feel 100% comfortable during the entire visit!

Paid 3 grand for a root canal and a crown for my kid. Currently paying 950 to have the tooth redone. I’ve contacted them multiple times to never get a call back. The owner is aware and doing nothing even though they guarantee a crown. BBB here I come!
