I had a great first experience at Berkshire today! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Bob Mongrain offered some good suggestions for future work on my teeth but he wasn't pushy about anything and left it up to my preference. I appreciated that very much. The lady who cleaned my teeth, Amber, was understanding of my sensitivities and very gentle. I already set up another appointment for next spring and I intend to keep seeing them for now on!
