Mary is always so friendly and does a great, thorough job cleaning my coffee/tea stained teeth! And I have great confidence in Dr. Mongraine. When I've had dental issues, he has always tried the conservative fix first. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful!

I have been with this office for 12 years now and would never think about switching! The front office is always welcoming, works with your schedule and gives several reminders about your upcoming appointment! Every hygienist is outgoing and professional and make teeth cleaning a breeze! Dr Sprague and Dr Mongrain always have a smile and are very thoughtful asking how I’m doing! Thank you for treating me all these years:)

Berkshire Dental Group is the best run dental practice that I have experienced. There are no weak links here. Dr Sprague is a top notch Dentist who uses all the modern equipment and techniques to get and keep your mouth healthy. The professionalism of the dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff is simply top notch - every single time. They work efficiently with insurance companies and their costs are very reasonable. I recommend them every chance I get.

The office is beautiful, the front desk personnel & assistant are all extremely kind. The dentist, Dr. Mongrain, was extremely condescending. He degraded and chastised me even after I'd asked his assistant to relay the message of I didn't want to hear it. After his coming into my treatment area and doing it twice, I'd stressed again how I didn't want to hear him belittle me yet again. It must have sunk in because his third visit he was very pointed in speaking only of the procedure. I was glad because I would have hated walking out numb with an infected tooth in place.
I was offered the other dentist if I wanted to return. I've decided to decline. Dr. Mongrain could have been nice and gone with "glad you came back" instead of degrading words most of my visit.
2 stars due to the females working there!
