I was very impressed!! I would have missed my appointment but the sweet receptionist called and I was able to get to the office in 10 minutes and kept my appointment. They were very nice!! Will be going back!!!

BEST dentists around! We LOVE Berkshire Dental. They are always so nice and professional and Dr. Mongrain is a teacher of dentists. He's very knowledgeable and up to date AND pain free! Our kids, who have had to move away, wish that Dr. Mongrain could still be their dentist!

Friendly and prompt service after a holiday weekend is where this place shines. However, I came in for a chipped front tooth and expected the result to blend in with the rest of my front teeth and not be significantly discolored than the rest. If they were unable to do this then the should have said they are unable to match from the beginning. Instead, I trusted and paid for a service that I now have to get refixed.
Update 1: They contacted me and asked to try and rectify the issue. I was scheduled out about a week. Showed up for my appointment with a billing concern over insurance and they waived the billing charge for having a second office visit within a 6 month period. The Dentist tried his best to match my tooth but did not have the right color in stock. Was advised that he might not be able to match well enough and could end up needing 2 crowns or a crown and a veneer to match correctly. The Dentist ended up asking me to come back for another visits so he could order a better color match and see how that comes out. Left no charge with great service.
Update 2: Got me back in and the dentist did his best to match my tooth. No fault on the dentists efforts but I guess if I want a more exact match that I would need to speak with Dr Sprague and probably get crowns. The dentist waived my portion of the chip fix when he did not have to. I really appreciate the level of effort and care this office has put in. Cindy has also been very helpful and hopefully we got my double insurance issue fixed and we can get a treatment plan in place and get my teeth more acceptable! Highly recommend!

Dr. Sprague and his team are the best! From the receptionist through the dental hygienist they are wonderful to the patient from start to finish. He is great and very knowledgeable so overall the best dentist.
