Professional friendly service. Had to have a cracked tooth pulled immediately and they were exceptional. I have very long roots and he completely numbed me and got it out without having to split it on two. It took two full weeks to heal but I am in my 40d so not unusual. I was greeted when I entered with my husband. I didn't have to wait very long. My hygienist was very nice and put me at ease. She worked really hard on my neglected mouth. She got me a pillow for my back, that was hurting. The pillow helped. The Dr. came in and met me. I think I can safely say we have found our dentist.

We were nervous about having winsome teeth taken out on our teen; but Dr. Boren and his staff did a fantastic job! Everything went smoothly and they answered all of our questions; even some I didn’t think to ask. Post-op care has been wonderful. I don’t recommend a lot of DDS but I highly recommend them!! EDIT/IMPORTANT: Family was way overbilled for service (against insurance and actual cost) and took us a short while to notice. They didn't reach out to us and tell us they over charged us to fix the problem. That was shady. Well now have spent 4 and a half months asking for our money back, asking for corrections to be made, and have only been played with and told countless times "oh yes we will fix it, it may take a couple weeks for it to go through with insurance, we will get back to you in a couple weeks" and MONTHS go by. No help. No correction. Absolutely horrendous business, they stole money and have it sitting in their bank account and are doing nothing to give it back. Will be taking further action and complaining to insurance company, telling them not to do business with this company. We will get our money back, and you have lost customers. Beware before you go to Spring Dental. Yes they have great reviews and we were once ones leaving great reviews because they are very friendly, however behind closed doors they do some shady business and screw you over and won't offer any help.
