April 2017 update - the staff here is awesome! Right after my Nov '16 review, they reached out and apologized. Today (April 19, 2017) every staff member greeted me, introduced themselves and told need what they were going to do. I definitely had a 100% better experience. And my hygienist Haley was again perfect! Yes, I'll be going back!
November 2016 - Excellent front office staff! 5 stars for them! Nice young lady (assuming she was the dental assistant) took my x-rays and polished my teeth. Dentist spent 2.5 seconds with me...and I had to ask him who he was. Up until I met the hygienist (3rd person), nobody introduced themselves to me or told me what they were going to do. Felt like an assembly line. Hygienist was awesome - I give her 5 stars!

I was seen here for a cavity in tooth #3. I specially requested Dr. Freeman but the day of my appt I was greeted by a blonde dentist. Dr. McKenzie (i don’t remember). She started to do my filling and I had pain so she poked my tongue and I could feel it so she poked me a few more times. All done. Next day I cannot even bite into my tortilla for lunch. It’s a Friday. I had extreme pain. Couldn’t finish lunch. I called their office immediately while I was eating. Office closed. It had just closed 10-15 min before I called. No on call dentist. The women who answered the phone said someone will call you Monday. Monday came and went. I called again a few times, left messages. Never heard back from anyone! Then I get a call from an older women asking to schedule my next appt?! I was furious. I said no thanks, I’m not happy with this office & no one called me back after several messages.

She just said something like ok no problem. I won’t call again. Never got another call from them. Went to go see my dentist (I only came here Bc my boyfriend said they cleaned his teeth so well and I didn’t want to drive where my dentist moved to.) I went to his office, took X-rays. He said the filling was in the nerve. No wonder I was suffering! He said if antibiotics do not calm it down, I need a root canal. I waited a few weeks (May) pain is worse. It’s spreading and it’s radiating. Keeping me up at night. I go see an Endodonist who tells me I need a root canal on #3 and #2. #2 was positive for all signs of a root canal because the nerve was damaged from #3. I decided to get a 2nd opinion. They agreed with the Endodonist. Well, they went on medical leave so I found another one. His findings were exactly the same.

With all this being said.. the point of this is.. a lot of the reviews that I read recently match my story. I really feel like they do dental work that is unnecessary or that doesn’t exist. Are they making it up? Idk. But my boyfriend recently went back and they said he has a cavity on #30. My dentist who I TRUST said.. not 1 cavity. Hmm. Also, while he was getting his teeth cleaned the same dentist who did my #3 was looking at his teeth and then another male dentist came in and they were bickering back and forth who was going to take care of what patient. Then started discussing care for another patient while they were in his face.

I don’t like- not a fan. They have cost me a great deal of money.

Just do not come here.

I am very self conscious about my teeth - so much so that I have not regularly attended a dentist in years. Perfect Smiles Family Dentistry always puts me at ease and makes me feel great about myself despite my reservations. I highly recommend them!

The staff called me in quickly. The assistant was friendly and helpful. Dr Blake fixed my denture to fit implant. He did his work efficiently and fixed them where they fit comfortably!

Absolutely love this place!! My kiddos have been going here for years and everyone there is always super nice!!! 💞

All the ladies and Dr. Freeman at Perfect smiles take really good care of me and my family. They are always positive and efficient and I can tell they all love their job. If you hate going to the dentist, this is the place for you! Trust me, my husband hated going to the dentist because he hadn't been in so long and they reassured his so well and didn't judge him at all. If you have little ones, Dr. Freeman can really bring them out of their shell and make them love brushing their teeth and getting their check up. Ultimately, I know I can trust them to give me the best price and best quality. I'm so glad we found Perfect Smiles!!

Love the entire staff here! They are so friendly and got me in at a really painful time. They always follow up and willing to answer all questions you have. Dr. Freeman has been my dentist for years and will be for many years to come. Also I was impressed with Sheena. She was so knowledgable and a real asset to Dr. Freeman and his patients.

Perfect smiles has a great staff and is really thorough! Our previous dentists said that my husband would need a crown and several fillings, and that his wisdom teeth needed to be removed immediately. Haley and the dentists did a quick and thorough cleaning and eliminated the need for most of that work! We are so impressed by their professional staff, quick scheduling and exceptional quality of work. They are so conscientious about what our insurance will and won't cover, and I would definitely recommend them.

The staff are very helpful and always in good spirits. Friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable dentist and assistants. I've had multiple cavities filled, cleanings, whitening and invisaline. I've always had a pleasant experience, for as pleasant as a trip to the dentist can be. I would recommend them to family and friends and have.
